AVOID!!!
I can only suggest to avoid this company. I know the price for the rent is low but the only way to get your deposit back is to dispute the transaction with your bank. Looking at the other reviews this is not a one off but general practice.

Rental plus is a ring scam in palermo,terrasini,cinisi.If you understand what this means then you stay away from these tyyrrculo.This is what they do.They take your money from honest people leave them stranded.And they think they are smart,but that's not making healthy business. Best of luck merda

Resist the temptation to book with this company
I am Canadian, and last year the desk agent insisted that I purchase not only an International Driving Permit but also additional insurance for 6,000 CZK, even though I already had full insurance coverage for the rental vehicle. Fortunately, CarFlexi later reimbursed me for the unnecessary insurance. This year, I emailed the company in advance to ask what their current rental requirements and policies are. I never received a reply. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company, no matter how attractive their prices may seem. The low price is simply not worth the hassle and unexpected charges.

I would strongly advise avoiding RentPlus. My reservation was advertised at €95.20, but when I arrived at the counter I was told I had to pay an additional €60 simply because I was driving into Poland. This extra charge was never made sufficiently clear during the booking process. The worst part came when I returned the car. I filled up the tank at the gas station my GPS directed me to, about 10 km from the return location. When I arrived, the employee claimed the tank was not full. Apparently there were stations slightly closer, but I wasn't about to refuel on the rental return parking lot. For those 10 km, they charged me €28 for "missing fuel"—more than I had spent on fuel during the entire 4-day rental. The low advertised price is just bait. Once you're there, you're hit with extra fees for almost everything. I felt completely ripped off and would never rent from RentPlus again.
