BUYER BEWARE
The review on this company, which I completed previously, was completely true with no false statements. They false advertise and use inferior (generic) internal parts. I would not recommend wasting you money on this rip off.

Buyer beware! Do not even try, it will not turn out well!
Buyer beware! This company will ghost you and their website descriptions are not accurate! My loss is your gain. They will send you generic responses to meet a time clock on their end with responses but their replies make no sense and you're money will be held hostage! I am still waiting for my full refund after weeks! I also did not even receive the product I paid for - of which had an inaccurate website description. They still haven't changed their website details to reflect the truth about a specific product. I had to send them dozens of questions pertaining to the product i paid for and only after dozens of questions and many days of waiting - did I finally put two and two together with respect to realizing what unpaid for is not true and not accurate and am I still waiting for my full refund to be returned to me. I have dozens of email threads for proof of a very poor experience. I constantly get "we apologize for any inconvenience this caused you". Like a broken record, over and over again - even though I am asking for specifics and various details of the return process. An absolute nightmare! I will retract this review if they return my full refund as soon as possible, but until then, I will be displaying my experience to hundreds of thousands of people upon multiple review websites. Thanks for your time and Best of luck!

I recently purchased a watch from this company and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The ordering process was straightforward, and I appreciated how responsive the support team was whenever I had a question. The watch arrived on time, was packaged securely, and looked even more impressive in person. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really stood out. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Good luck with getting a refund
I ordered from them previously and the watch arrived and was perfect. I ordered a 2nd watch and it arrived broken (the lugs were snapped off - could have happened in transit). They offered to send me a new one or credit toward another watch. I politely asked for them to just refund my payment (as it clearly states on their website). I also had to pay $250 to have it sent back. It's been two months and still no refund. I've followed up countless times. I keep receiving the same generic response. I sent the watch back AND paid for the shipping. Now, I'm out the $1500 I paid for the watch, PLUS the additional $250 to send it back! This began on 3/27/26. We're now at 5/19/26 - almost TWO MONTHS...and I'm still getting the same generic response: "Dear customer - I have urged the finance department to handle as soon as possible". Bear in mind, that was the NINTH time they sent me the same response (copy/paste). They had no problem charging me an additional $40 in less than 5 minutes for expedited shipping, but trying to get a refund? GOOD LUCK! That's the LAST TIME I will EVER order from them - found better companies for replicas that are also domestic.

Better than expected
I spent weeks comparing different replica watch sellers before finally placing an order here. After payment, I received quality control photos within a few days and shipping updates shortly after. The watch had a better look in person than in the listing photos. The bracelet had a decent weight, not heavy the dial looked clean under natural light, and it didn’t feel cheap. I have worn it almost every day for over a month, no issues.
