Making my reservation on line was very easy and quick. I tried making a second reservation for my son and it kept rejecting it. So I called in and the lady in the office put it through without any issue. It's always a pleasure at the Hampton Inn.

The pictures of the hotel didn't match…
The pictures of the hotel didn't match most parts of this place at all. The entrance had alot of bees flying around, when we told the front desk staff, he replied and said they know and the bees wouldn't do us nothing (wtf) The room was smelly, the tiles in the bathroom was broken, the tube was dirty, the fridge door was broken and falling off as for the beds and pillows they were so soft and hurt my back and neck. The elevator was smelling like the sewage, the breakfast was trash and the area was so small as for the pool it was dirty. I would never go back there ever again nor would i recommend it to anyone i knon to stay there. THEY EVEN RAN OUT OF TOWELS. They need to rename that place it's not comfortable at all to be called comfort suites. When i told the staff about any complaints they would replied and say YES WE KNOW but nobody comes to check on nothing. This was one of the worst hotels stay ever.
