I am extremely disappointed with… customer service experience
I am extremely disappointed with Rexaline’s customer service and the way they handle issues with their customers. My order arrived with several products missing. I spent a long time trying to contact customer support, but the WhatsApp number they provide simply did not respond. It was only after I said that, if I continued to receive no response, I would have to contact my bank to request a refund that someone finally replied. I was then told that I had to provide a written declaration confirming that I had genuinely not received the missing products. Fortunately, the actual weight of the parcel had been recorded, so it was possible to verify that the missing items could not have been inside. Eventually, I received a refund for the missing products. However, that was not the end of the problem. My order also qualified for a promotional gift based on the amount I had spent, but the gift was not included either. At first, customer service told me that they did not owe me anything. Later, they changed their response and promised to send the gift separately. They even told me that it had been shipped. It never arrived.:) When I contacted the same WhatsApp number again to ask what had happened, guess what? No response. Again. At this point, I have no desire to order directly from Rexaline again. I reordered the missing products through Druni, but unfortunately the whole experience has also made me reconsider whether I want to continue buying Rexaline products at all. There are plenty of skincare brands to choose from, and customer service matters. A company’s relationship with its customers should not end the moment payment is received. Very disappointing experience.
