Avoid this company!
I continually chase them up for a response since March and still not had a response! They are good at taking your money, but when you experience problems with their product, their help is non existence and promised me a replacement part and have failed to deliver as I continually chase this up and they have ignored all my emails and not responded!

I bought a lead for a Kindle fire which arrived. Unfortunately I bought the wrong one and I’ve still not been issued a refund, even though I returned it on time. They have asked to see my post office note and receipt now! It’s a joke! Do not deal with this company. I’m going to report them if it’s not resolved.

Have waited a month now emails are…
Have waited a month now emails are being ignored. Of I'm silly and didn't look at reviews first I will know for again. Told me lost in transit asked if I wanted ok one resent. I said yes as I have a little boy waiting patiently. Now still no sign I have asked for refund and being ignored. Avoid at all costs. Ridiculous.

Long winded delivery long winded response!
I bought replacement headphone ear pads and a mini jack connector wire via OnBuy. My order arrived with the earpads missing. I sent several messages through the OnBuy site but it was days before Reytid replied. I sent the required image of the package and some days later I got a reply to say a new member of staff had messed up the order and the missing items would be sent. Around a week later they still haven't arrived. A low priced item admittedly but such a disappointing and long winded response. Not a great experience.
