La gestione che lavora dietro alla Omnia pass è OTTIMA
Ho comprato 2 Omnia pass da 72 h più Roma pass da 72 h, la prenotazione ai siti gestiti dalla Omnia pass è stata effettuata velocemente e senza complicazione, nella prenotazione dei siti in carico alla Roma pass, tipo Galleria Borghese, è stata molto ingarbugliata e difficoltosa. Ho mandato più mail per chiedere informazioni all'indirizzo dell'Omnia pass e mi hanno sempre risposto in maniera celere, quando ho chiesto informazioni all'indirizzo mail della Roma pass mi hanno risposto dopo 11 giorni, perché ho dovuto sollecitare

NO REFUND IF THE PASS DOES NOT WORK
Some crazy stuff, these roma pass! As planned, we activated our roma pass on site to use them in Roma. Unfortunately, there was one that was impossible to use; it was marked "error" on the application. We even used several phones to test. We reported the problem on the same day so that the situation could be resolved because we needed the pass on the same day. Customer service didn’t settle anything, after dozens of emails...in the middle of a trip. The department had finally said that I could send the supporting documents from museums and other institutions to be reimbursed. It turned out to be wrong, I sent dozens of emails to get the refund. I had many interlocutors, and no one managed the situation. It’s a total injustice, I’ve been complaining for months (the first time I’ve been scammed)... And the worst part is that you book your museums with your Roma pass in advance, and once in front of the museum, nothing doesn’t work, so you have no way to get into the museum, even if you have the ticket. Knowing that some museums must necessarily be booked days in advance... We even made a separate museum, all because of a roma pass problem that no one was able to fix...and on top of that we paid for the museum when it should have been free in the roma pass. In any case, running away is a waste of time and in the end there isn’t much to gain. In any case, we lost out.

La visita a los museos Vaticanos ha sido espectacular maravillosa, la capilla sixtina no sabría ni cómo describirla increíble y la basílica de San Pedro me ha dejado completamente entusiasmada recomendable 100% y tanto la Roma pazss como la omnia card super recomendables muy contenta con la experiencia.

There was no mention when buying the card that the card is not available for collection on Sunday!!!! I had bought two 72h cards for last minute roma vacation with my daughter for her birthday. There was no e mail confirmation once the card were bought and once I chased it a few times some garbled e-mail that you need to collect the card and then ONLY book the attractions. Though Vatican museum slot was booked after much persuasion. After entering the Vatican arena with great hassle by security on Sunday I found that the ONLY SHOP where you can collect the card is closed!!!!! I had wasted an entire day with no access to transport using Roma card, no attractions I could see with my cards and to plan an entire day again!!! The very unhelpful person on the counter on Monday just shoved the cards and a list of attractions to see free printed so small that you need a microscope to read it and asked me to find my way, Total waste of my 294 euros. Why can we not have electronic version of card immediately via email once bought in this era of technology!!! I will not recommend it to anyone who is planning city break at short notice. Rome is such a beautiful historical city and I loved it, but certainly this card was such an expensive waste!!!
