I booked a Mercedes C-class for my family trip, but when I arrived the company gave me a brand new BMW 3- Series instead, and honestly - it was a welcome upgrade!) The car was spotless, but at the end of our trip it had some problem with the air-conditioning system, nothing very serious though. I hope that next time there will be no hiccups)

Worst people u can think of they do nothing but take money and ruin lives we have been asked to work for them opon working they also asked for nearly 900k aed just because they weren’t happy that they didn’t stay silent when they scammed them employees in the company have seen and know that what is going on isn’t right but they have to be quiet due to the power they have over them never rent a car if these people all the good reviews are fake

My brother is currently sick and has been trapped in Dubai for over a week with no access to an apartment or money or a phone because rotana star have reported him to the police for recording after they tried to scam him, they have demanded 150k-50k gbp to drop the complaint, he has begged and apologised for days, and Mohammed has refused to withdraw the complaint without money. My brothers operation is in 2 days and is currently living in a lobby struggling to eat or sleep. Rotana star are not transparent and preys. If my brother dies in Dubai because he couldn’t receive proper treatment it’s on your hands!!! Btw he didn’t get the car he paid for or his miney back

We gave money to rent a car, they said they would send the car home, the car didn't come yet and they didn't answer the phones, then when we asked for the money, they said that the money was not refunded, please don't rent a car from here

I would never recommend Rotana Star…
I would never recommend Rotana Star Rent A Car to anyone. From the very beginning, they wasted my time and showed a complete lack of punctuality and professionalism. They delivered what should have been an excellent, nearly new 2025 Range Rover, but the car was absolutely filthy both inside and outside. Even worse, it had a technical issue: the vehicle was driving straight while the steering wheel was noticeably turned to one side. I had paid for several days, yet the very next day they suddenly told me that my rental had already ended. I then had to waste even more time proving that they were wrong and that I had paid for a longer period. In the end, I became so tired of dealing with them that I returned the car early the following day. I even had to wash the vehicle myself because I am used to driving clean cars. Yes, they gave me a 100 AED discount for the dirty condition, but that is honestly ridiculous. What kind of business gives a customer a small discount so the customer can clean the company’s car for them? They clearly do not value their customers’ time at all. To make matters worse, I later discovered that they had also overcharged me, and instead of taking responsibility, they kept referring to different departments and giving excuses. The whole experience was chaotic, frustrating and completely unprofessional. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company unless you want to waste your time, ruin your mood and spend your rental period solving their mistakes. I would also be very careful with Yango, the platform that recommended this company to me, because in my experience they do not properly control the rental companies listed on their service. Stay away from Rotana Star Rent A Car. This was easily one of the worst car rental experiences I have ever had.
