Been on many cruises on Royal Caribbean and recently went on Harmony of the seas. I was warned that this ship will STEAL YOUR MONEY, I didn't want to believe it and went anyways! Low and behold, they damn sure stole money from me! The $200.00 that they stole is nothing to me and just leaves a sour taste that I am unwilling to let go! They lost a big gambler and huge amount of money over $200.00, God bless these bottom feeding criminals.. they need it so bad they gotta steal it.. I guess! 🤣😂 I am currently canceling two future cruises with Royal and going to book with MSC and Norwegian tomorrow! I will NEVER spend another penny with these CRIMINALS who run Royal Carribean! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! STAY AWAY FROM ROYAL CARRIBEAN! If you want to see my receipts, I have them to show, just ask!

I haven't even sailed with them yet and we've had 2 issues. They won't redeem my reward points for onboard credit. They apparently have a timeframe, which I was never aware of or let known aware of and we booked a aqua show. And the app kicked us out of it, and now, the bookings are full, this cruise does not want to fix any issues that they have when you call them with complaints, they just tell you, they cannot help you. Sorry for your loss. So I will never sail with this company again. If you sell with them, that's on you. Good luck

Los de seguridad hablan con un tono muy vacilante,no respetan muy bien a la gente. Por las noches no hay nada para hacer,un aburrimiento. No hay fiesta,no hay nada.

When we booked this cruise, we were guaranteed two connecting handicap-accessible ocean view balcony rooms, with each room accommodating three guests. We allowed Royal to pick our rooms. We made our plans and booked accordingly based on that specific guarantee from Royal Caribbean website. A week before our cruise we find out that we don't have our rooms assigned yet but my daughter had her room assigned not the one she booked but she has a handicap accessible room with a joining balcony next to some random people we don't even know that sleeps 2 They used every excuse in a book to justify putting her next to some random people. When initially questioned Royal Caribbean stated they guaranteed handicap joint balcony rooms, but they didn't guarantee that they would be together just that our room would be in that "category"no guarantee that they were going to be together. We have now been informed that, due to the cruise being overbooked, those accommodations are no longer available. Instead, we have been placed in an ocean view balcony that fits 2, an interior room and an oceanview panoramic room that only accommodate two guests each. This is completely unacceptable and is not what we were promised when we made our reservation. There are several serious issues with this situation: ● We were guaranteed connecting handicap-accessible ocean view balcony rooms, and Royal Caribbean has failed to provide them. ● The rooms we have now been given do not accommodate the number of guests originally guaranteed for each room. ● The replacement rooms are not handicap accessible, creating legitimate safety and accessibility concerns for our party. ● Instead of having our party together in two connecting rooms, as promised, we are now being forced into three separate rooms spread across the ship. ● This is not simply a matter of wanting a nicer room. We specifically relied on Royal Caribbean’s guarantee when making our reservation, particularly because of the accessibility and safety requirements involved. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but Royal Caribbean’s overbooking should not result in our family losing accommodations that were specifically guaranteed to us, particularly when those accommodations were necessary for accessibility and safety. They waited one week before cruise date to assign my daughter her room and we had to call them to find out why our room was not assigned yet.Again poor customer service service multiple levels they should contact us personally to let us know about their screwup. They should not have waited a week before cruise date for us to find this out and us not sure if we were even going to have a room to cruise in. We have been told that the cruise is sold out and that there are no other rooms available to correct this situation. Since Royal Caribbean is unable to provide the accommodations that were guaranteed to us, we expect substantial compensation or a significant onboard credit to acknowledge the seriousness of this failure and the inconvenience it has caused. We have spent an excessive amount of time on the phone attempting to resolve this matter, only to receive inadequate assistance and extremely poor customer service. The amount of time, stress, and frustration this situation has caused is unacceptable. We should not have had to repeatedly contact Royal Caribbean to address a problem that resulted from the company’s own overbooking and failure to honor its guarantee. Because there are no alternative rooms available, we expect Royal Caribbean to provide a meaningful remedy, including: ● A substantial refund or compensation for the loss of the guaranteed accessible ocean view balcony accommodations; ● A large onboard credit for the inconvenience, disruption, and safety concerns caused by this situation; ● Additional consideration for the extensive time spent on the phone trying to obtain assistance; and ● A written explanation of how Royal Caribbean intends to address this failure. We also cannot switch dates because my parents are already on a flight as we speak, and we have 9 other people cruising with us. This was something our friends and family were so excited for and it’s ruined. We should not be expected to accept unsafe or inaccessible accommodations without appropriate compensation simply because Royal Caribbean overbooked the ship. The fact that the cruise is sold out does not eliminate Royal Caribbean’s responsibility to address the accommodations it guaranteed to us.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
