My experience with my brand-new 2026 Royal Enfield Bear 650 has been an absolute disaster. This motorcycle has spent more of its short life broken, waiting for parts, or sitting in a repair shop than it has spent on the road. Let that sink in. This is a BRAND-NEW 2026 motorcycle with only a few thousand miles on it. The problems became serious only months after purchase. Since July, I have dealt with major repairs, warranty claims, repeated parts delays, incomplete repairs, additional failed components, and parts Royal Enfield apparently cannot even provide for a motorcycle they are currently selling. Now I am being told necessary parts are on indefinite back order. For a 2026 motorcycle. That alone should concern anyone considering buying a Royal Enfield. But the worst part came when I finally got the motorcycle back after major warranty work. The bike was returned to me with something obviously and dangerously wrong with it. At speed, it developed such a severe wobble that I genuinely thought I was going to crash. There is simply no way I believe this motorcycle received a meaningful test ride before being handed back to me. The problem was immediately apparent. It would have taken an incredibly short ride to recognize that something was seriously wrong. I attempted to ride it approximately 30 minutes to work and nearly ended up stranded. I stopped riding because continuing would have risked a mechanical failure, a crash, serious injury, or worse. The bike went straight back into the shop. I have since been told there is another rear wheel bearing issue and another component is required to prevent the failure from happening again. Meanwhile, the parts needed to properly repair my BRAND-NEW motorcycle remain unavailable. This has consumed most of my riding season. I bought a new motorcycle specifically because I wanted reliability. Instead, I bought a motorcycle that has spent an absurd percentage of its life undergoing repairs. A warranty means remarkably little when the manufacturer cannot supply the parts required to complete the warranty repair. And what confidence should an owner have when a motorcycle comes back from major warranty work in a condition that feels genuinely unsafe to ride? I wanted to love this motorcycle. When it runs properly, I enjoy riding it. That makes this experience even more infuriating. I don’t want excuses. I don’t want indefinite parts estimates. I don’t want another incomplete repair. I WANT THE BRAND-NEW MOTORCYCLE I PAID FOR TO BE SAFE, COMPLETE, AND ON THE ROAD. Until Royal Enfield resolves this, I cannot recommend buying one. If you are considering a Royal Enfield because the purchase price looks attractive, think seriously about what happens after the sale. A motorcycle sitting in a repair shop waiting indefinitely for essential parts has very little value to its owner. Royal Enfield has taken what should have been the excitement of owning a brand-new motorcycle and turned it into one of the most frustrating vehicle ownership experiences I have ever had. Royal Enfield, fix my motorcycle.

My Royal Enfield Apparel order was marked as Delivered, but I never received it. I reported the issue immediately. Delhivery repeatedly stated that the investigation was "in progress" for weeks but never shared any Proof of Delivery, investigation report or explanation. Royal Enfield repeatedly assured me that the matter had been escalated but failed to provide any meaningful resolution. The complaint was eventually closed without resolving the issue. The most disappointing part wasn't just the missing package, it was the weeks of follow-ups, repeated template responses and lack of accountability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Royal Enfield Apparel or Delhivery. They both cannot be trusted. Don't expect timely support or accountability.

I purchased a new Classic 350 Gun Grey in January 2026. Unfortunately, my experience with both the motorcycle's reliability and the after-sales support has been highly disappointing. First, the bike was delivered without the Gear Position Sensor, with a promise of a retrofit once supply chain issues were resolved. It has now been over six months, and my authorized service center in New Delhi still has no stock. More critically, while riding on the highway recently, I heard a loud noise and the engine abruptly shut off. The technicians at the service center informed me that an internal rotor or some internal part had broken. A video of the engine damage was sent to the Chennai headquarters on July 7, 2026, for repair authorization. Despite escalating this severe mechanical failure to the official support email, I have received nothing but identical, automated template responses. To be absolutely clear: as of writing this review, there is still zero resolution. I have received absolutely no information, no timeline, and no updates from anywhere—neither from the workshop nor from the customer service email. My motorcycle remains completely un-repaired, and the company has essentially ceased meaningful communication. A brand is only as good as its after-sales support, and the complete communication blackout regarding a major engine failure reflects very poorly on their commitment to customers. Note for Content Integrity Team and the Business: This is a genuine customer experience. I have removed my full chassis/engine numbers and employee names to comply with privacy guidelines. I have my purchase invoice, the service center job card from Ess Aar Motors, and the entire email chain with customer support demonstrating the lack of resolution ready to submit for verification to confirm the authenticity of this review.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
