This site is a scam and con artists.
This site is a scam and con artists. They falsely advertise products at high price and then when you receive the order it is completely NOT what you ordered. It is a cheaper,poorer quality with no resemblance to your order.Then they make it very hard to get refund, which you never gets to see.I had to get the my bank involved to retrieve any money. Stay clear of this site

COMPLETE SCAM! I do not recommend Ruby Love! While their products may be good, their customer support is terrible. I recently made a purchase. When I received the shipping confirmation email, I realized that they had doubled my order and the total was now double. I called them and they said this was part of their marketing department and that they could not cancel the order or refund me the money. They said there is a small box that you need to check at checkout to avoid having the order doubled.If you decide to place an order please make sure you check this box. I am so disappointed in this company's deceiving ways of getting the customer to purchase more than they intended to.

Will I ever get my order?
I ordered 2.5 weeks ago and so far there is nothing other than “order placed” when I check the status of my order. Would not recommend ordering as it seems many orders have had the same issues.

Horrible experience and the product is nothing special. I waited 4.5 months to get my order. Would not recommend. Very scammy

I ordered a period underwear bundle for over $100. It took over 30 days to arrive and upon delivery, I discovered the panties were all made of non-breathable synthetic material similar to swimsuit bottoms. I emailed customer service and they refused to let me return the unopened, unused underwear. They would only give me store credit upon returning the items at my own expense. $33 to ship these things back to NY. I will never order from this company again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else order from them either. So many problems with this order. Thank you for the response "RubyLove." I want to be clear that this is the third time I have ordered or bought the "Period Panties," and I am well aware of the material and layers. This is not a me issue not understanding the product. These are bathing suit bottoms and your company should refund my money and the money I spend sending back a product that you said can not be returned. I seems like you just stole $100 from me. On top of the money you also got the product back and how do we know you are not going to resell it. I was a big supporter even got some bathing suits, but this is not ok. I am also going to write a BBB complaint. I was not going to but your response of "Sorry not sorry," it is just to much. And: This business is NOT BBB Accredited.
