**RVshare Canceled My Reservation ONE…
**RVshare Canceled My Reservation ONE DAY Before My Trip — After Booking 3 Months Ago** I am absolutely devastated and extremely disappointed with RVshare. I made my reservation **three months ago** for August 28–30. My trip is TOMORROW, and **today, August 27, RVshare suddenly canceled my reservation because they said they could not insure me.** They had THREE MONTHS to review my reservation and determine whether there was an insurance issue. Instead, they waited until **less than 24 hours before I was supposed to leave** to tell me I could not rent the RV. I repeatedly asked RVshare to explain **why they could not insure me**, and I could not get a clear answer. If there was documentation they needed or a problem that had to be resolved, why wasn't I notified weeks or months ago? This isn't just a canceled vacation. I was supposed to attend **my best friend's daughter's camping wedding**, and because RVshare waited until the last possible moment to cancel my reservation, I now have no RV and no way to participate in the weekend as planned. I planned this trip for months. I relied on RVshare's confirmed reservation and had every reason to believe that I would be leaving tomorrow. Had they notified me earlier, I would have had time to make other arrangements. Canceling someone's reservation **the day before departure after holding the reservation for three months** is completely unacceptable. Customers should be able to rely on a confirmed reservation, especially when they are planning an important, once-in-a-lifetime event. I am incredibly upset and disappointed by how RVshare handled this. At the very least, RVshare should be helping me find an immediate replacement RV instead of leaving me stranded the night before my trip.

RVshare SHAME ON YOU!!! Rvshare is a big scam!!! Owners do not rent your rigs with them. They double dip fees on the owner and Renter sides, and when damages occur and you file a claim, they straight out leave you out on the dark. The most infamous reason of them all to get away from paying you the damages "Wear and Tear". Years of using the unit without problems, and the first time I decided to rent it out, the couch come back completely destroyed!!! There was an existing scratch on it, come back with the seat completely ripped and RV Share has the audacity of denying any payment for damages calling it "wear and tear". 3 nights of use versus years using it, and caused that much damage. SHAME ON YOU!!!

I was getting frustrated of not finding my way with making reservations. Ms. Taylor was very patient helping me and kept replying it will be ok, it's her job to help me. Ms. Taylor customer services 100% on point. Ms. Taylor is highly appreciated and keep up the good work.
