NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, ERROR CODES AND NOT DETECTING FAKE NOTES
We bought a safescan counter few months ago, with the 14 days return, the machine was making errors E4- E5 and has not been able to detect the fake notes. I contacted the customer service, requesting a return . I was requested to take pictures and vedios of the faulty machine. I emailed them but had an email back which advise to return the machine. I had the origonal box but as I was intending to keep the machine, i disposed off the internal packaging and manual. After returning the machine, the agent rejected the return based on the missing origonal packaging and dusty machine as allegedly stated. I then emailed with my right to return as the consumer act right but the agent insisted on rejecting the return. After numbers of emails, I had an email from the General Manager to insist on the rejection. This is a very bad experience as I bought two for my supermarkets. They have my machine and not refunded me with anything yet. Not Happy at all,especially when the machine is not fit for purpose and had a very bad experience. They could repackage the machine and resell but I cannot use it for money while it makes errors and not detecting fake notes at all.

Ho acquistato una contamonete safescan…
Ho acquistato una contamonete safescan 1450 per contare le monete delle offerte domenicali di una parrocchia. Subito ho avuto problemi nella contazione perché la macchina che loro vendono per gli euro quando trova monete estere se sono di altezza uguale o inferiore all'euro le passa ma se superiore dovrebbe lasciarle per essere tolte nel rotore centrale. Ma così non è e a volte entrano e bloccano il meccanismo. Dopo un primo contatto con l'assistenza mi veniva consigliato di smontare il rotore e visionare l'interno. Poi ad un certo punto dopo un blocco totale venva deciso l'invio in fabbrica per una verifica. Dopo una settimana ricevevo una mail dove mi veniva comunicato che all'interno avevano trovato una moneta americana e che in questo caso non avrebbero potuto effettuare il lavoro in garanzia. Mi veniva chiesto di pagare oltre all'intervento anche la spedizione di andata e ritorno. Inutili le mie contestazioni, loro insistono che vendono una macchina per euro, assurdo che la seconda mia macchina in uso con prezzo nettamente inferiore scarti le monete in apposito contenitore. Pertanto se decidete di acquistare questo prodotto o rischiate di fare la stessa mia fine oppure preparatevi a controllare moneta su moneta prima della contazione. Mi hanno scritto che erano dispiaciuti per la mia frustrazione, ma ho risposto che la mia era semplice delusione per aver riscontrato una ditta priva di interesse nel cliente e di scarsa progettazione del loro prodotto. Tengo a precisare di aver effettuato l'intervento come da voi consigliato. Il problema si è ripetuto e solo dopo 20 giorni ho deciso la soluzione dell'invio in fabbrica. Capisco che vi difendiate con argomentazioni difficili da contestare solo a voce, rimane alla fine che per pochi euro avete perso un cliente e che se posso darvi un consiglio scrivete a chiare note che la macchina conta solo euro e che la garanzia non copre danni da inserimento errato di monete straniere. Sicuramente per la contazione delle monete di fontana di trevi verranno usate macchine diverse che scartano e costano meno. Chiudo qui e prometto che questo sarà l'ultimo mio commento. P.s. e se la macchina si fermerà di nuovo cosa dovrò fare? Mi rimane solo di controllare moneta dopo moneta prima dell'inserimento. Oppure usare la vecchia da 100 euro e tenere la vostra sotto una teca per ricordo. Saluti.
