I stumbled upon SainSmart looking for a specific part, but the site was a letdown. The search was slow, the product page was cluttered, and the checkout process was a nightmare. The one option they had was outdated and overpriced. No filters, no reviews, just a dead-end. I expected better from a site that prides itself on tech. Disappointed.

Your agent was very helpful, he was knowledgeable & he was able to troubleshoot & send me info to get my 4040 pro cnc machine to run without any error messages. He was quick to rely. So in closing it was very good experience to have this service person to help me out to solve the problems I had with my machine. Thank you.

I purchased the Genmitsu 4040 Pro Max 2.2KW spindle …
I purchased the Genmitsu 4040 Pro Max about a year ago with the pkan to use it for some basic CNC routing. Within a few months, it was clear that the unit was very capable and my use of it expan significantly. Recently, I decided to change the 700w router for the Genmitsu 2.2KW spindel and ordered it. The unit arrived within a few days, however, I was concerted that it would was very heavy and may be the rong unit for my CNC. I reached out to Sainsmart asking if I had made a mistake and if I coulfmd return the Spindel. Within 20 hours I had a responce assuring me that the Genmitsu 4040 Pro Max had been designed to work with the spindel and that i had nothing to be concerned about. They also said to come back to them with any confirmation questions. I would say that the service is amazing, there responce honest and reassuring and their manor polite and reassuring. Thsnk you Sainsmart Support.

Communication was excellent and products are sturdy. My parcel got lost, so customer service arranged a replacement shipping next to no time. I am very happy with their service. Thank you!
