Scratchy leather and very poor customer service
Awful, the sandals arrived through the post, when I tried them on the leather was very scratchy and unpleasant therefore not providing the "durable leather comfort" they promote and I consider they are not fit for purpose. I promptly returned them with the returns form, posting them back at my expense but heard nothing back and after 20 days I contacted them via email. 2 days later I received a reply saying "I am sorry to hear that your sandals did not fit as expected" saying they were now processing the refund and apologising for the delay. No acknowledgement that I had found the sandals unwearable so I will just have to chalk up the cost of two lots of postage. I am still awaiting the refund 3 weeks after my returns parcel reached their warehouse. The website states that: "a refund will be issued to you within 14 business days".

Terrible service beware
Terrible service beware! They take weeks to respond which is awful. The sandals are nice but they come up big and then they expect you to return them at your expense which is unfair as they should state that they are not a true size 39 (they are more like a size 40). I have always worn size 6 (39) but with Salt water they are big - they need to say that! The customer service is awful and goes round and round in circles. Im still waiting for a acceptable response since 30.7.26 - they have sent 2 emails asking for photos which is stupid but I have done so - still waiting. Terrible.

Avoid them like the plague
Ordered some sandals for my wife’s birthday. The order arrived all fine until we opened the box and found that they had sent the wrong product. I contacted their customer services (which for some reason takes them a week to reply) and was asked to send a number of photographs of what we’d been sent which I did. This was nearly two weeks ago and I’ve had radio silence since. Hugely disappointed as the sandals are my wife’s favourite - I think the moral of the story is to buy through a third-party as then you might get half decent customer service and a refund / replacement when the vendor is at vault.

I am so surprised to read the poor…
I am so surprised to read the poor reviews. I have just replaced my sliders which I bought in 2019. Not because they are worn or broken because I left them pool side at a hotel and they weren’t handed in. Gutted is an understatement. They are what they say a summer essential. I take them on holiday every year and have worn extremely well. I am hope after 7 years they haven’t changed their suppliers and the replacements last as long!

Faulty sandals that were worn once they…
Faulty sandals that were worn once they take days to come back to you on email and then are refusing to replace them. Absolutely disgusted which is a shame as the other sandals from them I have I love as so practical and comfortable but will think twice about buying again. £75 on a pair of sandals that are faulty and they currently still have after I returned them!!!!
