COULD NOT CARE ONCE ORDER TAKEN
Whilst their products are great their delivery and after sale service is abysmal. Their delivery agent UPS just lied about delivery attempts, pick up point being shut and even saying I had refused delivery despite not having spoken to anyone. Refund was hard work.

Absolutely scam, breaks very easily
I bought a luggage 2 years ago On the 1st year the wheels broke (they gave me free one to replace, but what it matter when they gonna break again [it did], very poor quality, ) recently the zipper broke and they refused collection because I dont have a box. They are good because they offer free repair. But what's the point to buy low quality luggage, for alot of money and send it to repair once every year. I am not the 1st one this is been happening to lots of customers. Most of the 5star reviews are obviously ai generated it cant be more obvious Please check all 1star reviews and see what I am talking about, same problems zipper, wheels, awful repair department

J’ai une valise Samsonite dont je suis très satisfait. Au tapis des bagages d’un aéroport je l’ai retrouvée avec la poignée de transport endommagée (elle avait due être vraiment malmenée parce qu’elle est vraiment solide). Il m’a été très facile d’en trouver une d’origine en remplacement et de la mettre en place sans difficulté. J’ai beaucoup apprécié le service après-vente de Samsonite, sa rapidité et la facilyde faire moi-même la réparation.

Outstanding Service and Maintainability
The sustainability and maintainability is great. I used my Samsonite Spinner for over 7 years and needed replacing of the wheels. I contacted the Aftersales team and had a new set of four wheels within a week at no cost. After replacing, it feels like I bought a new luggage. Great services, great value!

I worked in the airline industry…
…for about 40 years and chose Samsonite as they were definitely the most durable. When I retired a few years ago I replaced my battered work cases with a set of S’Cure Spinners. 3 medium ones and 2 large ones. They have been all over the place and worked perfectly. Unfortunately on the last trip, the lower side clamp came undone (probably because we hadn’t closed it properly) and was broken when it was pulled along. I could see it was modular, so easy to replace but the usual place to look had no Samsonite spares whatsoever. I looked on Samsonite’s website and soon discovered why. Having entered the code found in the suitcase on their replacement parts sub-site, the parts were located and added to the basket. Due to the gouge culture we are all sadly enduring, I expected to pay a silly amount but no, they were completely free and delivered free by UPS within a few days! This really is above and beyond. Bravo Samsonite, you have a life time customer here, though tbh, I already was…
