Avoid this company. Potentially Scam website!

Avoid this company. No traceble origin, no registration, no address, no contact! We paid a $162.64 deposit for a San Blas tour for two people, with a remaining balance of $217.36 to be paid in cash on pickup, as instructed. The day before the tour, nobody replied to our messages. On the morning of the trip, after waking up at 4:30 AM because our confirmation email stated an early pickup, we finally received a WhatsApp message saying the pickup would be at 7:00 AM instead. We waited outside Hotel Caracas before the scheduled pickup time. No driver ever arrived. We repeatedly contacted the company via WhatsApp and email, but we never spoke to a real person. Every response appeared to come from an AI chatbot that kept apologizing, promising that someone would contact us "within minutes," and later even mentioned a refund request—but no actual employee ever contacted us. We lost an entire day of our vacation waiting outside our hotel with our luggage and received no explanation or assistance. The website looks professional, but our experience was the complete opposite. If you book with this company, make sure you pay by credit card so you have chargeback protection. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.
