Can't regulate sand flow
Whilst I loved the idea of this product, and it is pretty to look, I am disappointed given the cost. It seems impossible to regulate the airflow so that the sand doesn't either get stuck or flow too quickly. It tends to fall the bottom after less than 5 minutes and falls flat, not in waves. I have tried adding air, taking away air, turning quickly, turning slowly, and nothing works. I have the 24 inch version and I paid over $700 for it, so all in all, I'm pretty disappointed. I give it 2.5 stars due to frustration

Beautiful sand art
Just love our sand art we bought. We chose the rotating one to hang on our wall. Was so easy to hang, and just love the colours & the different pictures when it gets rotated. Well worth the money. Had a couple of questions prior to ordering and Emma was so lovely with her help & advice. It certainly makes a statement in our family from.
