Do Not Trust This Company
Do Not Trust This Company. I had a very bad experience with Scannero.io and was extremely disappointed with their service. My experience did not match what I expected, and I felt that the service was not transparent or worth the money. I strongly recommend doing thorough research before providing your payment details or subscribing. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Scannero.io to others. I HAVE REQUESTED REFUND BUT THEY ARE NOT REPLYING OR REFUND.

Payment refund and bad customer service
This company offers a very mediocre if not downright bad service with no value whatsoever. The one time service price was advertised at around a euro which seemed like a fair price for a one time search however upon checkout an additional service of 11 euros was added unprompted with no option to unselect it. The payment was very confusing and did not have any option available to unselect the additional service. I paid since i was in a hurry which I later regretted since I had paid over 11 euros for a simple reverse lookup which is avalable for way less at other more trusted service providers and I had to use another service anyway since the scannero search was not helpful in any way. Now after some time after four days infact, on my payday surprisingly I am charged by the fine gentlemen running scannero for a monthly subscription which I did not need, did not intend on buying and did not explicitly purchase which costed my 47.5 euro plus tax and money transfers fees which from my end came around to 50 euros. This autopayment feature was not advertised, described or mentioned on my receipts or account info at the time of purchase so that I may opt out since i need to use this service one time only. By enabling monthly subscriptions by default on customer accounts the people at scannero at defrauding unsuspecting customers of their hard money. This is a very dubious practice and speaks volumes for the character of people at scannero. Furthermore their support page is so poorly maintained that I have been trying to submit a refund request for the past day but have been unable to do so and since I did not intend on using this service I did not make a not of the account password I chose a the time of creating my account. Now that I wish to check my payment details from my account i have requesting for a password reset for the past hour and have still not received a password reset link. Edit 26/08/2026: I am still trying to raise a refund request at their website using their support page but and I have not been able to do so. I fill out all the required details and click but nothing happens. I have been trying to do this since yesterday. stay away from these guys.

Pls can i have my money back. I tried to cancel for the last few months and the system cant find me. Am gonna find a way of getting my hard earned money back. Very very unfair. Stop taking money from my account pls. U guys have taken alot of money from me.

Nie POLECAM! Złodzieje zabrali mi z konta 4,20 zł, po tem 255 zł, 123 zł . I nie chcą oddać złodzieje! Zablokowałam kartę bo kradli kasę . A teraz nie potrafią oddać!! Idę na policję. Pisałam z nimi na e-mail, cały czas tą samą gadka. Że jedynie na kartę zwrot.
