I had a fantastic experience with Scicon Sports. From the very first contact, I was treated extremely well, with great attention, professionalism, and kindness. My glasses were shipped exactly within the promised timeframe, and all my questions were answered quickly, clearly, and with great attention. The entire process was smooth and gave me complete confidence. I would especially like to thank Sara, who was simply fantastic throughout the entire process. She was always very kind, helpful, patient, and extremely professional. She truly made a difference in my experience with Scicon. Congratulations to the entire Scicon team, and especially to Sara, for providing such excellent customer service! It is great to see a company that genuinely cares about its customers. I had noticed a crack in the lens…
I had noticed a crack in the lens around nosepad. I took the pictures and send it to customercare mail and get a positive respond in a day. I have to point out Mr. Sharoon’s very very good assistance (now and before)and quick solution, so thank you again Mr.Sharoon. I will buy again Scicon products because of top after-sales services. I bougt Aerowatt and Aeroshade kunken and I am very satisfied with the products.

Me enviaron un pedido con UPS para…
Me enviaron un pedido con UPS para entregar en el domicilio, cuando veo que ya lo habían entregado, intento contactar con UPS, primero el típico robot que te va haciendo preguntas y no consigues nada, por fin con un agente, me dice que el no puede hacer nada y que le deje un correo electrónico que ya me dirán, eso a las tres de la tarde, me puse en contacto con Scicon sports me atendió una señorita muy amable, me informo lo que sabía yen una hora me informo que lo habían dejado en un punto de recogida. Hoy me han devuelto el dinero del envío disculpándose por el mal servicio que UPS me habían dado, un detalle por parte de Sciconsports.
