Horrible site
Horrible site, policy states they can change your seats, what they feel is better had seats with aisle, they move seat one row forward not isle and said it was within the policy, avoid SeatGeek if all possible, this is such a scam

I ordered tickets that never came
I ordered tickets that never came. As I walked to stadium I asked through chat for support getting the tickets. Seat Geek assured me multiple times that the tickets were coming and I was "not to worry" they would come. Then I was told I would be passed on to someone else that could help, which never happened. So now I'm outside the stadium with nobody helping me and waiting for tickets that would never come. Luckily I called and got a call back, but by this point the game had already started and I had been waiting outside the stadium for 20 minutes. That's just when someone called me back. Nobody at all on the chat messenger got me replacement tickets. Then I proceeded to be on the phone for exactly 56 minutes while the game was being played, while my 3 guests stood around doing nothing, before I finally got replacement tickets. Not only did they make me miss the game, but then the replacement tickets were not as good as the ones I had ordered. My parents from out of town missed 1/3 of the game because of this ridiculous situation and we did not even get what we paid for. Then I tried to get refunded and they offered me $100 promo code. NEVER USE SEATGEEK

Seat geek sucks!!
Seat geek is a scam!!! They could be doing business way more fairly. They take advantage of their customers, and with the excuse of the "algorithms" they scam people away from their money. SG percentage should move along with the percentage on which our seats move.
