If I could score 0 I would!

If I could score 0 I would! Worst customer service I have ever had. They originally sent me the wrong order, then tried to charge me to return it. Then apparently issuedmy refund which I never received and proved that I never received yet they refused to investigate. The people I dealt with via email were rude and I constantly had to repeat the same information. I spent months trying to get my refund and eventually gave up! I will NEVER buy from this company again.

To clarify, we do not expect our customers to cover the cost of returning an incorrect or faulty item. When an incorrect item is received, we ask that this is reported to our Customer Service team along with photos so that we can record the issue and provide a voucher to cover the cost of the return. Further information on this process can be found here: https://www.secretsales.com/received-incorrect-item/ Secret Sales operates as a marketplace platform, meaning items are dispatched directly by our trusted third-party sellers and returns are also sent directly back to them. As we do not physically handle the items ourselves, it is important that issues are reported to us so that we can monitor them and ensure the appropriate return and refund process is followed. Having reviewed your previous correspondence, we can see that the return in question was not arranged through our returns portal, and unfortunately we have not been provided with the return tracking information needed to establish where the parcel was sent or confirm its delivery. We would also like to clarify that our team did not refuse to investigate the matter. Further information was requested from you, including the return tracking details and your correspondence with Debenhams, so that we could establish what happened to the return and investigate this further. Order never arrived

Order never arrived – customer service ignored me Very disappointed with my experience with Secret Sales. My order never arrived, and despite contacting customer service several times by email, I was completely ignored and received no updates or resolution. I checked with all of my neighbours and the parcel was not delivered to my address or received by anyone nearby. After sending three emails asking for help, I still received no response. I was left with no choice but to contact my bank and raise a chargeback to try to get my money back. Really poor customer service and a very frustrating experience. I would not feel comfortable ordering from Secret Sales again.

Nightmare!

I am currently in dispute with Secret Sales. I had an item missing from my parcel, delivered on 5th August, Secret Sales have provided a copy of the pick list which show that the item was supposedly in the parcel, unfortunately it was not included! It is an awful situation to be in, I have provided photos and all information their customer service’s have requested. It is becoming word against word. How on earth do you expect to get a resolution from such an unpleasant situation. Terrible customer experience. I will never use or recommend Secret Sales again, the stress and anxiety is not worth the money you save !!
