ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!
ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! needs to start creating a no star section for companies like this, because giving them one star is misleading. I give myself no stars for even ordering from this company because I didn't do any research or check them out beforehand. Placed an order for some new detection sensors for the house. Firstly, I received no order confirmation at all! 5-days later they emailed to say they didn't have these in stock and where awaiting further supplies from the manufacturer, no date given. 17-days after ordering I had to chase progress and got the same sob story that they are awaiting supplies, at which point I cancelled the order and requested a refund which was promised within a few days. Contacted them again a week later chasing the refund and got the same story - "sorry we will process the refund in the next couple of days" - at the time of writing no monies have materialised! Alarm bells started to ring and I began what I should of done before placing the order - check their reviews and Google - there you will find the same comments and experiences. Further research shows that they operate from a corner shop in a residential area in the middle of Birmingham - not a warehouse at all, as there name implies and finally the only way of trying to speak to them is to use a premium rate 0800 number - which says everything really. If placing an order with these guys - I wish you the best of luck.

Items in stock and shipped quickly
Ordered plastic brackets for sensors. Delivery was expensive but needed the parts quickly and they arrived in 48hours well packaged and as detailed. Thanks R

Awful to contact after a mistaken item ordered.
I ordered online four relays and made a mistake about the type. I wanted to return them and pay any difference and additional carriage but they seem blighted by the modern method of not wanting to talk to anyone and had to send an e mai to open " Ticket" in which I described my mistake and asked for them to be changed out, 36 hrs later, no response whatsoever. Would not deal with this company ever again.

Placed a order and advised a couple of…
Placed a order and advised a couple of items were not in stock. Big mistake to say ship when complete. 6 month later still waiting. Not a easy company to contact just a expensive 0844 number and a ticket system that does not work. Pity you cannot give minus stars!!
