Last year the amount was sold in a 20g…
Last year the amount was sold in a 20g container, now they repackaged and designed and put it to a 10.5g. For the same price. Other people have complained too I see... and they try to pretend they are not being sneaky... but they are. Don't lie to our faces! Thee product is good but the lying is unacceptable.

This product works!
I have tried other (more expensive) cover creams so I was a bit skeptical of Serentia's claims. I was amazed that this product works so well. Hides facial flaws (moles, blemishes, dark spots), blends to my skin color and actually improves my skin while wearing it. I'm 77 and this takes ten years plus off my face. It's not messy and easy to apply. Company ships promply.

New design, but customers get half the amount of product for the same price.
I actually love the product. I have been using it for a while. What I have the dissatisfaction with, last year the amount was sold in a 20g container, now they repackaged and designed and put it to a 10.5g. For the same price. Unfortunately for them, I'll be looking elsewhere for a foundation, I hate sneakiness. When this process was new up on their website, I asked is everything the same(as I didn't want to buy a product that I didn't like) for customer service to say everything IS still the same. Unfortunately they have lost a customer 😕.

I am on my second order from Serentia
I am on my second order from Serentia and I do like the elixir + cream it’s very light. I often get emails from them but my only reason for the score is because I have contacted them but not received any response as I added on to the order the blending brush but when it turned up the top half, the brush was separated from the handle. I sent a photo but no response for a few weeks. I will still order the elixir cream but no extras and I would have hoped they would send a replacement.
