Shed is not fit for purpose
Shed is not fit for purpose. Bought a shed from sheds.co.uk in July 2025. Delivery was fine and we got support when needed when installing the shed. Due to these 2 things I've given 2 stars as opposed to 1. The shed walls have got holes/knots that have fell out and splits in the wood which has led to water ingress over the winter and the shed is now mouldy and everything got wet. We had to replace the roof-felt within months. I contacted this company on numerous occasions and they advised the paint I'd used was wrong as not oil based. Paint was from B&Q specially mixed for garden sheds but I can't say whether this is oil based or not as I haven't checked, I assumed the paint was correct as it was for the purpose of painting garden sheds. Paint aside, when I then asked about the holes/knots and the gaps in the slatted panels I have been ignored, no response given. I'm now having to buy a new shed and bin this useless bundle of wood. Please avoid and don't buy because it's cheap like I did - buy cheap buy twice.

Excellent customer support
Good service with original purchase, but excellent support when needed exchange of a part which developed a fault. Medium storage shed purchased in Oct 25 found to be of excellent quality, but one door developed a significant warp over time. Contacted customer support on Monday by email with a couple of supporting photos. Wendy Shepherd responded within 3 hours to advise that she'd already contacted the manufacturer and arranged a replacement door which arrived on Friday. No quibbles, no interrogation, no " wood is a natural product..." excuses, just excellent service to resolve the issue. Very impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and recommend them on the basis of my experience.

Very poor quality shed
Very, very poor-quality shed. There are gaps both in the wood panels and between them and the doors were warped and did not fit, flimsy chipboard roof. The shed was not fit for purpose as it would let in rain and the doors couldn't shut. It looked really cheap and nothing like the picture on the website. Buyer beware, you can only reject this on delivery - even though you can't see a lot of the faults until AFTER it is assembled. If you want to return it, you will have to pay both assembly and disassembly charges so you will be £700 out of pocket before they will collect it. The manufacturer's own employees admit there is a quality problem but it's so costly to return the product I guess they are getting away with it most of the time. A very bad experience. Much safer to use a local supplier who has a reputation to protect.

We bought a shed two years ago, well built and great quality wood. We have also bought one of the wooden greenhouses. Customer service and products can’t be faulted.
