Not worth the money
Not worth the money. The production quality went way down. I purchased twice in the past and the new ones ripped as soon as I put them on. I absolutely loved my tights before and raved about sheertex. I will be telling everyone how much they suck now. They lost a very loyal customer by obviously cutting corners. I am so disappointed.

Would never recommend - absolutely awful product and service
The tights were supposed to be rip-free guaranteed. They ripped on my first wear. Have been in contact for months. No equivalent tights in stock, not giving me a refund. So I have to buy a pair I DO NOT want, just so my money isn't wasted (these tights are expensive). It has been months. I have yet to see tights arrive. Customer service is awful, they forget the email thread history and often do not respond for weeks on end unless I follow up. Further, I was promised complimentary mystery tights to make up for the stock issue. These were not ordered. In fact, I had to follow up for them to tell me that they were out of stock of those in my size as well. I shouldn't have to follow up to receive pertinent information like this. It should be actively communicated with me. The tights were not rip-resistant and the poor customer service and refund policy makes me think that I was scammed. I would NEVER recommend this brand to anyone.

Bring back the old Sheertex!
I have been a customer since the beginning but with the change of ownership the product and customer service have completely changed for the worse. Previously the tights were perfect, long enough even for a tall person like me and they were indeed as durable as advertised. I always order several pairs and in my last order I received a "new and improved" product. The new sizing is significantly smaller and shorter than the old one, and this was not stated anywhere on their website or in the size chart. The new products also wear out and fall apart after just a couple of uses, while the old ones last for years (I wear tights every day except in the summer). Customer service is slow to respond to messages but I was finally allowed to send the products back and exchange them for another size. The return process is hell because I live in the EU and have to do customs clearance both ways. I got a return address from Sheertex customer service, but no phone number. The local postal driver had visited the company door with my return package, but the place was closed or at least no one opened the door. They couldn't call Sheertex because they hadn't given a phone number. I was again for the umpteenth time contacting the company (the post office also contacted them separately) but their replies always come with such a delay that they are of no use. Usually they don't even answer your questions, they just thank you for your patience and ensure they are doing everything they can to help (what?!?!) In the end the entire return package got lost, this is of course more the post office's fault. Due to my large order and customs fees, I spent several hundred dollars on this mess, and I didn't get replacement products.. I wish I could get the old Sheertex back!

I ordered a pair of tights in early May…
I ordered a pair of tights in early May and despite several inquiries and an ambiguous response stating they’re having supply issues, I still have not received my tights. I sent a follow up email over a week ago and still nothing. Despite that, it looks like they can still be ordered on line. Do better!

Terrible tights and even worse customer…
Terrible tights and even worse customer service! They ripped huge holes only hours after wearing them for the first time. They say they have a 90- day guarantee, but when you try to file a claim for that guarantee no one responds to you. It's like a black hole. for $50 for one pair of tights, this is BS.
