Veneer impressions
I ordered and received and impression kit and sent it back. I waited three weeks and heard nothing and called back and they were rejected. I had to then order another impression kit, which cost $20 each in which I sent in again and they were rejected again by the third time they finally were able to make my impressions. I’m fairly happy with the results.

SAVE YOUR MONEY — I REGRET BUYING FROM SHINY SMILE. This has been an absolutely horrible experience. I paid for veneers and received the wrong color, and the result was completely unacceptable to me. I contacted Shiny Smile, sent them photos and emails documenting the problem, and tried to get this resolved. Instead of taking responsibility and making things right, I have been left fighting to get my money back. The fact that I am expected to continue paying for veneers that were not what I ordered is beyond frustrating. I spent my hard-earned money trusting this company, and I feel completely let down. Think very carefully before giving this company your money. If something goes wrong, don’t expect getting your money back to be easy. I would never purchase from Shiny Smile again, and I absolutely cannot recommend them based on my experience. I purchased veneers from ShinySmileVeneers, and unfortunately the issue was not resolved after multiple attempts. The company made my veneers three separate times, and they were still not correct. The color was wrong, and the veneers did not look as expected or acceptable to me. I contacted the company repeatedly by email and explained the problems. I provided photographs and requested a refund. Despite giving the company multiple opportunities to correct the issue, including making the veneers three times, the problem was never resolved. I have documentation of my purchase, my communications with the company, photographs of the veneers, and my refund requests. I can provide this information to verify that this is based on my actual experience. This review is completely based on my personal purchase and my direct experience with the company.

Shiney smiles veneers was a good experience. I had trouble with my molds, which I know some out therearhaving, be patient they will help you get it right. Once I received my veneers I was excited and happy. One gentleman at their company was a great help. I appreciate him so much.

Very concerned when reading the reviews as I always go immediately to the lowest rating reviews and siphon through those to make sure nothing stands out too much. I decided to order anyways because of their guarantee, as well as the fact that the positive reviews greatly outweigh the negative. Additionally, I did notice that none of the negative reviews said anything about the product itself being anything bad. In fact, the negative review specifically seemed to be concerning the production time or potentially the customer service response being satisfactory to what it is they wanted. I definitely have to agree that the production time is a bit frustrating when you are looking forward to receiving them, but had I known I would have paid the extra to expedite the production and shipping so that my wait wouldn’t seem as agonizing. Regardless, I received the finished product a week and a half before the five week production timeframe, which was the max so they physically got completed were under their final review and were received by ME in 3 1/2 weeks total. The impression kit was very easy. I am confused how people complain that it is not simple. Once you receive it, you actually get an email that gives you a link to a video that clearly explains exactly how to do it. Additionally, they offer a phone number for you to call and speak with a representative who will talk you through the process. They also give you extra material so if you do happen to make a mistake, you can correct it. The only thing I can think of is that people might rush this before actually reading the directions and fully understanding the small things that you need to make sure you do which is to bite directly down and to ensure that you are making sure all of the material is where it needs to be, but it’s simple and very well and clearly explained in multiple ways by this company. I sent in my impressions and I received an email two days later that they had been received and they were approved and at that point they were going to move into the production. And they would let me know when it was final inspection and would offer me a tracking number once it shipped. It was pretty simple because what they said they were gonna do they did do, and although I wish it was faster because I was eagerly waiting for them, they delivered, and they delivered in a much shorter timeframe than originally quoted in their beginning to end timeframe. And when I say they delivered, I mean that they delivered! I honestly was completely terrified to put these in and see that I looked like I had a mouthful of chiclets -I was so incredibly pleasantly surprised that the bottom arch not only fit perfectly, but it truly was identical to my actual arch and it in no way looked any different than if it was not even there. I only got the bottom of match to ensure that the top arch that I was purchasing this for would match in the color. I definitely suggest this because I chose the pearl, and although my teeth were pretty white, and I had generally always lightened them, the pearl looked quite bright. After a few weeks, it became more of a comfortability for me not to feel like my teeth were gleaming, but it wasn’t even the brightest color they offer. Regarding the top arch, I can say that the fit was perfect, and in general, it looked excellent, and if there was no opportunity for me to get remake done, I would have still been thrilled and been happy as a clam with the original top arch. I did, however, reach out to them and sent in a couple of images for their request and mentioned that I feel as though the two front teeth looked a little bit longer than what my original teeth looked like, and it made me feel almost like there was “horse teeth“ but at the same time that is simply because I i’m very critical about my own looks as most people are. There was absolutely nothing wrong with them and everyone that I asked said that they couldn’t see what I was seeing but when I sent him the images, they said nothing other than OK we will get on this. Two weeks later, I had a delivery of a remake which fit exactly out of the original one dead, which was perfect, and they had done something where they almost shortened the two front teeth, a tiny bit, which was ideal and truly made the biggest difference for me, and the front two teeth kind of had a thicker front then I would have liked and that was also corrected. The only thing I did not do was I had not responded to the email that was sent to me requesting if I wanted to go with the champagne shade and the image that was sent in that email showed me the pearl shade which I had and I had mentioned in the remake email that I thought it was a little bit too bright. The new top arch came in and was in the champagne color, much darker than I wanted so I reached out and they are currently in the final production of the corrected top arch in pearl
