As if the other reviews weren't enough... Avoid like the plague
I feel so stupid to have been scammed by this disgusting joke of a company. In all honesty, the website was so cool looking that I never would've suspected a thing. I ordered one of the dice block footstools (which by the way is 140 f***ing dollars) on July 11 and waited... And waited... until I get an email on July 26 saying the product dimensions had changed from 33 x 33 x 33cm to 28 x 28 x 25 cm... for a cube.... Anyway, I wait even longer and finally, today, on August 19 I receive my item and to say I was blown away by the absolute joke that is the quality is an understatement. It looks NOTHING like the pictures, way smaller (which was sort of expected) and laughably constructed. It literally looks like a school project gone wrong. I am currently in the process of attempting to get a refund because this is going straight into the dumpster. I have also heard Sickhaus is responding to people on here saying they "are so sorry" and issuing refunds and then just not reaching out to the customer at all. It is all purely a facade to appear as though they are a legitimate company when all they are is a bunch of scam artists with a snazzy website. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Beautiful website, poor quality products.
SickHaus’ brand aesthetic and beautiful website design fooled me into thinking they were selling quality products. Sadly they are not. I paid $130AUD for lights that are worth about $5-20. I purchased one Smiling Night Light and two Mini Ambient Desk Lamps. I can’t believe how poorly made the Mini Ambient Desk Lamps are. They are extremely cheap plastic that feels like something you would get at a dollar store. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they stop working in a few weeks. The Smiling Night Light is cute but also obviously cheap. I had to attach the smiley face eyes and mouth myself, as they are just cheap foam stickers inside the box. The lamp also has scratches all over it. The stock is obviously just drop shipped from China. The packaging was terrible. Torn cardboard and messy sticky tape on everything. On top of that it took almost 3wks to arrive. As someone who goes out of their way trying to avoid buying cheap plastic items for environmental and ethical reasons, I’m really disappointed that I basically bought Temu items for 10x the price, from what I assumed was a small business doing their own thing. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from SickHaus.

Poor quality/misleading
Delays in delivery (fair enough things happen). All items poorly packaged, one damaged. Random empty damaged box in my order too? Website is slick but the products are all poor quality, likely temu/dropshipped nonsense at a premium price. Just starting my returns process and despite the website stating easy returns, I'm dubious.

I love how their website has tons of…
I love how their website has tons of fake 5 star reviews because I received two sheets of fabric sewn together when it was supposed to be a full comforter. After I ordered now the website says duvet cover with zipper. There is no opening to this and the stitching isn’t even complete and has some of the cut fabric on the outside. What an expensive mistake to make. I should have googled them before buying.

Floating shelves are shoddy
Floating shelves are shoddy. The stick on threads to hold on a wall are beyond terrible. Shelf didn’t hold its own weight when I applied it to the wall and it cracked as it fell. Really frustrating considering the cost of the product and
