Great experience. I purchased an item that was on a waitlist. It became available and they notified me. The process was easy and i received my item in less than a week. Sideshow for the win again.

Sideshow Customer Support Mess
The actual item is excellent. However, as has been my experience far too often, Sideshow’s customer service and website performance is very lacking. My points would not add to this order and the customer support representative that I connected with guided me to a point where the order was submitted without the points being deducted. When I informed them that had occurred they told me nothing could be done to add the points or deduct the amount from the order. I would have to cancel the order and try to submit again through the same method they had stated (which again would not work). We were unable to resolve this before the item shipped meaning that I would need to return the item when it arrived and then try to add the points on a new order. This would likely cost me return shipping that would negate the points discount and would triple the amount of time to resolve this and receive the final product. When I contacted again, we were able to get the points to show up in checkout finally, but it was too late to use them for this order. I informed the new rep that the previous one had caused the order to go through without adding the points. They were unwilling to do anything and restated several times their policy of not reducing the total paid by points or offering partial refunds after orders were placed. It should not be this difficult to have the discounts work correctly and the representatives should not be this combative. This is not the 1st time something similar has occurred with Sideshow and given the pattern, it seems like they are taking advantage of customers.

Product was shipped quickly and safely. Honestly. I have no idea what it’s based on or related to any franchise if any but it was just an absolutely awesome piece of art I had to have.
