terrible, worst form app ive ever used. 1 star is too generous for this software. Whoever coded it should be banned from accessing the internet ever again.

The link to sign one document is a gimmick!
The concept is great, but it's BS. You choose from three options (if my memory serves me). I chose to sign one document. AI immediately provided a link to complete my request. Upon clicking the link and completing the prompts, the system looked to be processing but, ultimately, gave me a red banner stating there was a problem uploading and to contact customer service. I noticed the size restriction, reduced the file size, and tried again. Same message was received. I contacted customer service, through AI, of course, but I didn't get through to a human. It's a gimmick that you can use the link without signing up/in. Don't waste your time. Instead, consider other electronic signature apps.

Read the terms and conditions. I cancel service. Then a year later they charge me. Contacted them and they said never got the cancelation. I canceled app. 5 days after signing up. When question about the charge. They said it is in the terms and condition. Who reads the terms and conditions. This is a lame excuse. They should make you aware of the charges beforehand not just charge you.

Instead of checkin Legit or fraudulent, they send it to you. And then they say that you could delete the document. And they don't do it. They say
Instead of checking if the person that are sending the documents to be e sign Legit or fraudulent, they send it to you. And then they say that you could delete the document. And they don't do it. They say it's a third party. So they cannot look up to see what they could do in order for them to cancel the document. They suck big time because they're advertisement or their site does not go through their protocols that they mention.

THIS COMPANY IS RUTHLESS IN THEIR BILLING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND IF YOU WANT TO STOP THEIR SERVICE, YOU HAVE TO GIVE THEM 100 DAY NOTICE BEFORE YOUR NEXT SERVICE BEGINS!!!....WHAT OTHER COMPANY WOULD REQUIRE THAT? COMPLAIN AGAINST THEM. FILE A BBB COMPLAINT . THEY HAVE PEOPLE THAT CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH AND VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! EVEN THE STUPID CREDIT CARDS COMPANIES WILL NOT HELP YOU REFUND!! AGAIN.....WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!!
