Great Service
We ordered lights for our new construction home. The design and price were incredible! We had an issue with our post office in our new neighborhood sending back some packages because we weren’t notified of delivery and upon working with SIMIG customer service they found the missing packages and got them back to us right away! We will definitely continue to order and recommend SIMIG

UWAGA!!Bardzo długi czas dostawy,powolna i nieskuteczna obsluga klienta,problem z odzyskaniem pieniędzy. Zamówiłam lampe za 250euro 9lipca. 24 sierpnia nadal nie dotarła do mnie. Półtorej miesiąca,17maili z obsługą klienta.Oferowano mi pieniądze za dopilnowanie logistyki i przesylki potem chciano mnie obciazyc kosztami.Nie wyraziłam zgody.Pięć razy prosiłam o zwrot pięniędzy.Nadal nie otrzymałam zwrotu.Obsluga klienta odpowiada raz dziennie dlugimi mailami,jednak nie rozwiazuje problemu.Stracilam czas pieniadze(na razie) i nerwy.

We are very happy with the customer service we received from Simi Lighting. After contacting them regarding an issue with our order, their team listened carefully to our concerns and provided a quick and helpful solution. The communication throughout the process has been professional, friendly and very responsive. We look forward to receiving the replacement pieces and continuing to work with them on future projects.

Never received our order
Never received our order, after almost 3 months ask for refund and not get all the money back. Still have the case open for more than 3 months. Got hell of time from me to follow up. All my plan changed due to not having lighting at my new apartment. They are fast when you order and slow with ambiguous answers when you need after sales support. Do not get fooled by their support while buying.

Received product different from website, poor quality, difficult return
I was a joint purchaser of a lamp together with my partner, who has also reviewed this transaction. I wanted to share my own experience because I was directly involved in the discussions with customer support. We purchased a lamp from Simig Lighting after carefully reviewing the product photos and description on their website. Upon receiving the item, we found that the product differed from what had been advertised online. We contacted customer support immediately and requested to return the product. Instead of arranging a straightforward return, Simig Lighting entered into a lengthy exchange, repeatedly offering increasing discounts if we agreed to keep the product. During these discussions, Simig Lighting acknowledged that there are different production batches, which they used to explain the differences between the advertised product and the one received. We did not consider this an acceptable explanation. More concerningly, the company later characterized the issue as a matter of the product not meeting our expectations, rather than addressing our concerns that the product differed from the website listing. What was particularly disappointing was that the company refused to provide a prepaid return label or cover the return shipping costs, despite our concerns that the product did not match the website listing. We were also asked to bear the risks, costs, and inconvenience associated with the international return process and their own lack of process control on returned items. Based on our experience, I would recommend avoiding this company.
