Excellent Return Transfer – Confirmation Could Be More Proactive
Overall, I was very satisfied with the return transfer from our hotel to Sharm El Sheikh Airport. The only point that could be improved is the communication before the transfer. On the evening before our departure, I had to contact Sinai Taxi myself to ask for confirmation of the pickup. In my opinion, this confirmation should be sent proactively by the company, especially for an airport transfer where timing is important. Apart from that, everything was excellent. The pickup was on time, the driver was very friendly and professional, and once again the vehicle was very modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and of a high standard. The transfer itself was smooth and reliable, and the overall quality of the service was very good. I would definitely recommend Sinai Taxi and would use their service again. One star deducted only because I had to request the pickup confirmation myself. ★★★★☆

Excellent Transfer – Booking Process Could Be Improved
Overall, I had a very positive experience with Sinai Taxi. The booking process was unfortunately a bit bumpy and frustrating. Although I had already paid for the transfer, I was asked to make another payment, which required some back-and-forth communication before the issue was resolved. This could definitely be improved. However, the actual transfer from Sharm El Sheikh Airport to our hotel was excellent. The driver arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. I was particularly impressed by the vehicle: it was very modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and clearly a high-class car – honestly, much better than I had expected. Once the initial booking issue was sorted out, everything went smoothly and the quality of the transfer exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Sinai Taxi. One star deducted only because of the difficulties during the booking and payment process. ★★★★☆

We have used Sinai Taxi multiple times…
We have used Sinai Taxi multiple times during our stay in Sharm El Sheikh, and we were very happy with the service every time. Communication was excellent, the cars were clean and comfortable, and all the drivers were friendly, professional and reliable. The prices were also very reasonable, with no hidden charges or surprises. We have used taxi services in many different countries, and Sinai Taxi is definitely one of the best we have experienced. We will definitely use them again for future trips. Highly recommended!

Everything was ok
Everything was ok, only one thing maybe for the future: i ask about car number and i receive the number but the european numbers are not the same with arabic numbers (on the egiptians cars) and was dificult for me to find the car! But the driver has with one paper with my name and in the final was ok!
