I still haven’t received my refund.
I recently placed an order with skims just over a month ago which I returned the full order on July 28th. It was successfully delivered by Royal Mail to the skims warehouse however I still haven’t received my refund . I have been in contact via email to skims support team and sent out multiple emails to have my issue resolved however they haven’t been any help at all with getting my refund . It has not been 31 days since my parcel has been marked as delivered to the warehouse and I find it appalling that it has taken this moly for a refund to have still not been processed.

The staff on sunset are like thugs and behave disgustingly. They processed refund and we never got our refund. We asked them to look into it and the thug girl was unhelpful. They stole our money.

Poor customer service and long return refunds
Avoid this company if ordering from the UK. Returned items over 3 weeks ago. SKIMS have confirmed the return was delivered to their UK mailing hub but are refusing to refund and expecting me to wait over 2 months for a refund. Blantant disregard for consumer laws and the company simply do not care about customers. Live chat doesn't work so you need to wait 3 business days for a generic / AI slop response back to your emails.

Order SB33589603 — returned at the start of this month, still no refund. I lost my job and needed to return my order, so I did exactly what I was asked to do. The goods have been back with the company since the beginning of the month and I have proof of delivery. Since then I have contacted customer service repeatedly and been given a different answer every time. The most recent one was to wait a further 31 days for an "update". Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 a refund is due within 14 days of the retailer receiving the goods back. That deadline passed some time ago. I have now sent a letter before action and opened a Section 75 claim with my bank. I only wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Happy to update this review the moment the refund actually lands.

A very dangerous website to shop from
A very dangerous website to shop from No phone calls no proper email system.. I returned items i bought next day when I received them The 14day window of processing has elapsed and SKIMS refuse to refund money back into account. All emails response looks like you are in a queue Phone line don't work. If this is not some sort of scam then I don't know My only option now is to raise dispute through my bank with a chargeback I hope that works. Customer be warned SKIMS is not a reliable merchant to buy from
