All financial institutions struggle…
All financial institutions struggle with knowing what the rules are on legacy ISAs and whether going into local branches makes things easier or more difficult. But London local branch good (even though it slowed things down) and Usama, Akash and others really helpful. All financial institutions need to make the rules crystal clear for their colleagues and their clients alike.

First person I was dealing with said she would go and check for me and then cut me off. 2nd person didnt want to help

App designer needs sacking
This evening I have tried to log into my account to transfer money. To transfer money, it demands that I use my app to create a secure 6 digit code, fine I thought. I tried to log into the app, but it states I have the older version, and to gain access to the newer version I need to update my personal details online. Fine I thought, but when I tried to update those details, I can only confirm using a code VIA the app. The app I cannot access as it needs updating. When I click the 'create code option' without logging in to the app first, it says "not set up on this phone" This is 2026 and the app is stuck in 2009. If you need an actual app designer rather than a cowboy, I can suggest a company for you.

Fantastic service from the beginning and beyond! Carlisle office staff is lovely, friendly and very helpful! Today lovely and very knowledgeable Olivia was immensely helpful to sort out my online App teething problems (which is very, almost too secure☺️), even it took longer and went on till after 4:00! Olivia’s help and friendliness were very much appreciated! Thank you Olivia, bravo Skipton for your brilliant staff!! 10/10
