scam . They kept my money and they dont answer
Last update: Nothing came. Its a scam.they dont answer to dms, their email dont work, they delete their comments. This sucks

Honestly, don't bother.
Poor quality items, if they ever arrive. Put an order in at the beginning of March bc of the closing sale, received the four items quickly and all seemed well. Loved all the items, specially the nightmare zipper hoodie, but found little bits of black fluff on my arms after wearing it. Washed on a cold gentle wash it thinking it's just loose fabric, and the sleeves and pockets fully disintegrated. The body of the hoodie is fine, but the sleeves are falling apart and the pockets are the same, plus the print has come off. Looking back, the bits of fluff were probably from just wearing the hoodie day to day. I wish I could add photos so you could see how bad it is. I contacted the page via insta, explaining the situation, sending photos, and saying it's probably just a one off and could they send a replacement. I only got a response two weeks later, only because someone else commented on their insta asking for a response and I replied to them saying they were ignoring me too, and the message I got back essentially said "you washed it wrong, not our fault". I hadn't even told them how I washed it?! The hoodie was originally £90 (I got it for £20) so you'd think it wouldn't fall apart for that kind of money. In the time I was waiting for them to reply I'd purchased the hoodie again, as things were selling out fast, and I received a confirmation email but no shipping email. They told me, after responding about the faulty hoodie, that everything was sent and I should receive it soon. Well it's nearly been a month and I have nothing! I've spoken to some other people on Instagram who have had the same issue with this company, who are being ignored and anything they comment is being deleted. It's shit. Thankfully I'll be able to report fraud through my bank, but I know others aren't able to. I know they've closed down now, but it's just shit. If they ever come back I really wouldn't recommend supporting them.

Scammers, plain and simple
I placed an order during their closing sale, but I never received my order or even a shipping number. First they told me that there was a technical problem, which was the reason why my order was delayed, then I received a message that my order was shipped, but never received a tracking number or my goods. I know that they are closed and I'm not gonna get my money back, but I need to vent out my frustration

Great customer service
I had initially ordered just a hoodie, but a few days later decided to order a pair of jeans as well. Because I live in Germany, normally I would've had to pay double the processing fees for duties if I were to receive two packages from the GB. I messaged the seller on Instagram asking if it were possible for them to ship both my orders together, and they agreed! Today my orders arrived, all in one package as per my request. 10/10 customer service, would order again for sure if they weren't closing
