Please give me my refund

I have ordered from here twice. The first time was just samples, and it did take longer to ship them than the 2/3 days stated on the website (took 10 days), but I wasn’t in a particular rush so it was fine. I ordered again but this time I also ordered a couple full bottles. I ordered March 8th and it took until March 19th for my order to be shipped, which alright. However, only one full bottle and two decants were shipped and the rest of my order (one full bottle and one mini) were not included. I received no communication about why only part of my order was shipped or when the rest of it would ship and I emailed Peter on March 25th asking about this. He said my tracking number for a second package would be uploaded the next day, but when I didn’t hear anything by March 30th, I emailed him and asked for a refund instead as I didn’t want to deal with having to follow up on everything. He got back to me on March 30th and said “they” already picked it up, but I got no email from Shop or from a shipping service and he did not email a tracking number. I finally got a tracking link from UPS on April 1st which stated the label for the package was created that day, not March 30th. I asked if I refused the package and it was returned to him if I could receive a refund as I had asked before and Peter said sure. So, I refused the package and by the return tracking link I can see he received it on April 27th. I have emailed him three times since May 6th asking about the refund he promised and I have yet to get a response. He seems to reply to posts so I am asking – please give me the refund so I can be done with this. Update: They contacted me and initiated a refund.

Won’t be receiving your order on time

One thing is for sure: they won’t ship your order within 2-3 working days as indicated on their website. That just proves once again that shops that don’t accept payment via PayPal aren’t reliable.

I've used this site a few times now & have absolutely no complaints. Customer service is very good & delivery is usually a few days. They have a really good selection of samples to choose from. Overall highly recommend & I'll be using them again no doubt

It took four months to deliver small packages with the worst service I've experienced. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from them, even if it were free.

The parcel was sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, and the tracking number was provided so the shipment could be followed throughout its journey. According to the official tracking, the parcel travelled and was handled as follows (chronologically): 23 December 2025 • 16:50 – Accepted at Parcelshop, Ashbury Avenue Post Office (BT19 6TH), Northern Ireland • 17:13 – Sender preparing item • 18:27 – Item received at Northern Ireland Mail Centre • 19:38 – Item processed at Northern Ireland Mail Centre 24 December 2025 • 05:20 – Item received at Langley HWDC (Royal Mail international hub) • 05:50 – Item leaving the UK 29 January 2026 • 08:28 – Item received in Tel Aviv–Yafo, Israel by the local delivery partner 1 February 2026 • 22:42 – Delivery attempted – no answer 4 February 2026 • 09:16 – Delivery attempted – no answer 5 February 2026 • 10:18 – Delivery attempted – no answer • 12:50 – Item available for redelivery or collection at the local post office in Tel Aviv 5 March 2026 • 12:50 – Still available for redelivery or collection The tracking clearly shows that the parcel arrived in Israel and several delivery attempts were made by the local postal service. The parcel was then held at the local post office and made available for collection or redelivery for an extended period. We would also like to highlight that for the entire period between February and March we did not receive any email or message from you asking about the parcel or requesting assistance. We are always happy to help customers track parcels or contact the delivery partner when needed. Unfortunately, once a parcel reaches the destination country, delivery is handled by the local postal operator, and we cannot control missed delivery attempts or parcels awaiting collection. However, the order was shipped correctly and was fully tracked throughout its journey.
