The Perfect Paris Photo Experience
We had an amazing experience with our photo session in Paris! From the very beginning, the photographer was incredibly kind, attentive, friendly, and professional. He made us feel comfortable throughout the entire session and guided us with every pose, which was especially helpful since we aren't used to being in front of the camera. He respected the scheduled time exactly as agreed, without rushing, and made sure we got the most out of our session. We were also very impressed with how quickly he delivered the edited photos. The final results were beautiful, and we are very happy with them. Thank you for helping us create such wonderful memories. We highly recommend your work!

We had so much fun
We had so much fun. The pictures are beautiful and he made us feel so comfortable. Also the pictures came so quickly we had the shoot at 17 July en the pictures came on 20 July 😍😍

We booked the photo shoot at Santorini.
We booked the photo shoot at Santorini. The photographer didn’t turn up at the location . He changed the location and informed us late. He didn’t bother taking good pictures. We did not get our pictures within 72 hours. After many mails to Get your guide team - and no response from the photographer. I asked for a refund. It’s been one month and no refund and no photos

A horrific experience
What a disastrous experience. We booked a photoshoot in Edinburgh, to immortalize our trip there. We had no news about the photoshoot until the day before. The photographer was just warned that he was our photographer for the photoshoot, but since Smiler didn't plan it at all, he was not available at the time of our booking. He was nice enough to offer us another slot during the day, but since we were there on holidays, we had already planned other things and were not available. He then said that he was not able to make it, and that he would warn Smiler. Our photoshoot was at 9:30am, and the day before at 6:00pm, we finally had a message from Smiler. They said that because of the short notice (whose fault was that???), they would try to find another photographer but were not sure about it. They left us without any news after that, and we finally heard about them ON THE DAY of the photoshoot, 1 hour before, to tell us tat they finally couldn't find anyone. They had 3 months to plan the photoshoot since we booked it in March for end of June, and still they were not able to do it properly, let alone manage the situation with clear communication and a customer-friendly approach. Their last offer was to find a photographer for 3 days after, but since it was the holidays, we were not there anymore. They are an absolute joke.
