Really bad experience
Really bad experience, what was meant to be 1 visit has turned into 5 visits since 25/05/25. All for different complications I have had with my teeth, never had toothache or earache since I have been this dentist, and still having problems with them now and staff have been really rude

6 Months Later....Best Decision I Ever Made
I'm writing this review six months after completing my treatment (Feb 2026) because I wanted to share a genuine, 360° account of my experience from the initial research - consultation - treatment and life afterwards. My journey began in 2025 after spending months researching dental treatment in Turkey. Finding a genuinely honest, trustworthy clinic was my biggest priority. I had X-rays taken in London before meeting the Smiles Turkey team in Birmingham. I arrived with a long list of questions, and every single one was answered openly, honestly and without hesitation. That immediately gave me reassurance and established a level of trust that continued throughout my entire journey. My patient coordinator, Matt (Mert), was absolutely fantastic. He always responded quickly to messages, never applied any sales pressure, and made the whole process straightforward. My quotation was clear, transparent, and itemised every aspect of the treatment, including the specific implant and crown brands, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Having experienced previous dental trauma, it was incredibly important that my health concerns were fully considered. From day one, I felt listened to, and it was clear my wellbeing, not profit was the priority. My treatment plan was based entirely on my clinical needs and X-ray findings. I chose to upgrade to a more premium implant brand because I was happy to pay extra, to my surprise, I was advised that it simply wasn't necessary in my case. That level of honesty spoke volumes to me and proved that Smiles Turkey isn't about upselling or taking advantage of patients, they genuinely recommend what is best for you. My dentist, Dr Gokmen, was exceptional. His knowledge, skill and attention to detail are second to none. He was a true perfectionist, and if something isn't absolutely right, he'll make sure it is before you're finished. I had done extensive research and was very particular about how I wanted my new smile to look, and I can honestly say that Dr Gokmen delivered exactly what he promised. Now...six months later, after carefully following all of the aftercare advice, I haven't experienced any issues. The fact that Smiles Turkey also provides UK aftercare is another huge advantage and offers an extra level of reassurance. My new smile has genuinely changed my life in so many ways. It has given me confidence I hadn't had for years, and my only regret is that I didn't find Smiles Turkey much sooner. There will always be negative stories on social media about dental treatment abroad, but my experience has been nothing but exceptional. Whether you've already researched exactly what you want or would prefer to be guided by their highly skilled team, you really are in safe hands with Smiles Turkey.

Specially thanks to dentist Elif Aydogdu for an excellent job and an amazing kindest. I been treated as a person, the guidance and explanation of procedures are efective and easy to understand, the care and after care is amazing guided thru the process and help with translation by Ali Essam made the communication easier I been surprised by the final crowns and the detail they have hard working on it. I do recommend to Smiles clinic for everyone Thank you all for a great experience
