Despite this explicit choice, the company enrolled me in a monthly recurring subscription without my consent.The Trap Exposed (25 August 2026): After querying the unauthorized recurring product notification, a customer service agent named "Laura" emailed me from snixxistore at gmail com She admitted that my subscription was active but refused to cancel it unless I paid an arbitrary "price difference fee" of £8.10 via an external link.Aggressive Commercial Practice (26 August 2026): I formally demanded immediate cancellation of all orders and a full refund. The company is actively holding my banking details hostage, threatening to process further monthly charges unless I pay their unauthorized exit penalty.Breaches of Consumer Law:This business is in direct breach of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. They are using misleading omissions at checkout and employing aggressive, coercive tactics by demanding a ransom fee to halt unauthorized continuous payment authorities (CPA). I request that Trading Standards immediately investigate this company's predatory billing practices. Fraud!!
Again! I ordered once making it clear that I did not want a subscription! And they have taken money of me AGAIN beware! This company does not give a darm that you don’t want a subscription and will carry on charging you! I sent 2 emails so far….they take money and it’s fraud!

Despite repeated emails and cancelling…
Despite repeated emails and cancelling a subscription I didn’t think I’d made this company continued to take £21+ per month. Please don’t buy from them. I have to take this up with my bank now. They do not answer emails or respond to cancellations. Criminal behaviour. Snixxi are a scam company
