Habe gestern 2 Blue Ray Player entsorgt. Bei ebay ist Sony die einzige Firma, wo es mehr Fernbedienungen gibt als Geräte.

Sony Playstation 5 Pro a shambles to get hold of
I bought a Sony Playstation 5 Pro directly from their website and have had no updates for dispatch in 3 days. I have read on Google reviews that this is a common problem in the last few weeks. I realise it is the Christmas period but this is no longer a new device and the PS5 is now 5 years old. When I bought my Samsung tablet it was here next day a few years ago. I have tried to call Sony but unfortunately they are no easy to get hold of and after 30 mins on hold I refuse to wait any longer. I tried the online chat as a alternative method of contact but they kept kicking me out after literally a few seconds of inactivity waiting for me to confirm I was still waiting. How fast does somebody need to be on the online chat in order to confirm this information. I have never known customer service this bad from a tech giant like this. I am looking at cancelling my order but it was only the reduced price that made my purchase. This is alot of money to pay out with almost no acknowledgement from the company for our service.

Sony stole my bonnus points
Last year I bought Sony TV and Sony A73 camera, and get around 690 points )+HK$690) which can use the point to buy something, but this year (April) I went to the office in Causeway bay and want to use the point to buy something, but the staff told me my point was expiry on Mar. 31, 2021. He say they have email to inform me the point will be expiry, but I never receive the email, since I remember when I bought the TV, the staff never mentioned the point get expiry date. So I thought Sony stole my point ($$$), I don't want to buy things again from Sony, which I bought many things before, several notebook, camera and TVs. So bought a genuine Sony Xperia dial …
So bought a genuine Sony Xperia dial sim card from pixmania.Co.Uk the mobile has broken and pixmania has been liquidated. Sony hong kong refusing to repair, replace or refund the faulty mobile. The screen has lines all across it and when going from app to app there is ghosting effect. Really not happy with the customer service and not sticking to consumer rights laws to protect us when buying faulty goods that should last more than this mobile did
