Probably one of the most disappointing online purchases ever made
Probably one of the most disappointing online purchases I ever made, I ordered a steam deck skin from the website after having to go through customer services because my location is not available on the website (which is fine, I dont mind dealing with that) but when the steam deck OLED skin arrived, there's zero clear instructions and i had to follow the instructions based on some generic basic guide on how to apply a skin over any hardware there is no instructions for the steam deck, only for generic phone brands and other devices. As i followed the default instructions, nothing accurately sticks, i had to keep apply and removing over and over until the decal started to get worse and worse. I would try to apply the large sticker over areas that are easy to identify the correct areas only to have the entire sticker overlap on many areas that is covering like the screws and sockets. I try again and it overlaps on one or the other. Admittedly, I am not very good at these things so when it comes to customizing decals on a piece of hardware, it is an absolute nightmare without any sort of guided tutorial. I stopped bothering and will probably look for a better alternative

I got a skin for my OneXPlayer F1 Pro
I got a skin for my OneXPlayer F1 Pro. The skin that was provided didn’t fit correctly and I reached out to get support to get a replacement skin. I don’t ask for a credit because I really wanted to use this skin. Support basically gave me round about answers and wouldn’t provide any assistance. I sent them photos where the skin isn’t fitting around the buttons correctly and they told me to push the skin down into the crevice if the bottom, which people know this is going to cause issues. I asked for a replacement skin and they informed me. Please avoid this company at all cost.
