A FUIR!!! J'ai commandé un bijou pour ma fille, qui y a investi toutes ses économies (75€ pour un bijou qui n'est même pas en argent!!!), le 23 mai 2026. A ce jour, 26 août 2026, soit plus de 3 mois après la commande, rien n'est arrivé et aucune nouvelle de ma commande par le site sora. Je les ai contacté à plusieurs reprises, on me répond toujours la même chose : "pas d'inquiétude, le collier est en cours de fabrication..." Même si c'est soit disant une petite entreprise qui fabrique ses articles au grès des précommandes, ses méthodes sont plus que douteuses, voire vraiment malhonnêtes. Je déconseille absolument ce site!!!

I placed an order back in March, and months later, I have received absolutely nothing. For 7 months, I have been dealing with repetitive, automated template responses from their customer support team. They repeatedly promised to split my shipment to resolve the delay, yet they never actually sent anything. No tracking numbers were ever provided, and no progress was made despite my constant follow-ups. It honestly feels like a scam. They take your money, offer empty promises, and fail to deliver the products. After months of waiting and receiving nothing but excuses, I have had to request a full cancellation and refund because I have no faith in this company anymore. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. This company provides no reliable service and clearly has major operational issues. Save your time and your money

This company is unfortunately a scam, they're clothes are way to expensive, the 3 items I bought all had broken hardware before even getting to wear them, and when they say small pants and say 28 waste expect them to be smaller, and they wont take returns unless ypu email them the second ypu get your package because even though they say "30 day return poilcy" they're gonna email you a week later and say they only have a 5 day return policy. So I really wanted to like the brand, cool looking clothes, actually a giant waste of time and money...

It was nearly a year before I received…
It was nearly a year before I received my full order. Part of my order was the wrong size and they wouldnt accept exchanges or returns, they also have some of the worst communication I have ever seen. The packaging was poor and you could obviously see it shipped straight from the manufacturer. I won't buy from them again, and I would never recommend SORA clothing
