Garbage customer service and return…
Garbage customer service and return policy is a joke. Ordered a Dynojet PC6 from them received it and opened it to verify the contents. I then got on my computer and downloaded the software and firmware and only then did I see there was no time for my bikes aftermarket parts. The module was never plugged in to anything not even the harness itself it remains brand new in box. Because I cut the little piece of tape they refused the return even after I sent them photos of zero wear on the product and packaging still in brand new condition as sent. I reached out to Dynojet themselves and made them aware of the situation and they offered to inspect and verify the unit was completely unused and brand new and offered to repackage it in original packaging with the little piece of tape uncut so that I could get it refunded. I showed the email to Sportbike track gear and apparently they don’t even trust Dynojet because they still refused the refund. 10/10 don’t recommend don’t waste your money here go to CycleGear, Revzilla, or the company themselves like Dynojet. If I would have plugged in the unit at all in any way I completely would understand or if I damaged the original packaging but come on let’s get real. Pathetic.

would never buy from this seller.
One-star review. The product was incorrectly labeled and could not be used on my 2023 Indian Chief Dark Horse. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the seller insisted they were right and refused to take responsibility. When everything is fine, they seem great — but when a real issue happens, their attitude can be completely different. Based on my experience, I will not purchase from this seller again.

Wish I could give negative stars
Wish I could give negative stars. The picture showed all 6 items of a set of frame sliders for my motorcycle. It costed 30$ just for shipping for a box the size of a box of tissue. Then when it showed it wasn't complete and they said we'll in the picture it says items or size may very. But no where in there are they willing to write what the package contains.... zero stars and you lost my business. I'll order from any other place before here from now on. 0 stars Chris...
