Sie haben sich in den Griff gekriegt!
Stand August 2026 kann ich eigentlich nicht meckern, habe nach dem Bestellen die schlechte Bewertung gesehen, habe sie per e-mail angeschrieben und sofort eine Nette Rückmeldung bekommen und mein Packet ging zwei Werktage nach Zahlung an DPD über und ist ohne Komplikationen angekommen… 👍🏼

E-Scooter mit Garantiereparatur
Habe über Galaxus einen E-Scooter gekauft, der von Sports-Discount ausgeliefert wurde. Nach etwas mehr als einem, Jahr wurde eine Garantieleistung nötig. Der Scooter wurde dann Sports-Discount zugestellt. Nach 3 Wochen habe ich dann mal nachgefragt, was Sache ist. Kam dann irgendeine nichts sagende Antwort und auf weitere Rückfrage nichts mehr. Bei einer 2 Garantieleistung für denselben Mangel, war dann keine direkte Kommunikation mit dem Händler mehr möglich, keine Antwort auf meine Mails, Galaxus hat dann Kontakt aufgenommen. Will heissen, ich warte nun seit fast 7 Wochen auf meinen Scooter Service von Sports-Discount ist unterirdisch schlecht und 1 Stern noch zuviel

Damaged Goods Twice & Forced to Fight for a Refund
I rarely write reviews, but in this case I feel it’s absolutely necessary. I ordered a pair of skis (Head Worldcup Rebels e-SL FIS with bindings) from Sports-Discount and had an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. The first pair arrived already damaged – both the skis and the bindings. This was acknowledged and a replacement was arranged. However, the replacement process was chaotic, slow, and poorly communicated. Despite multiple reminders and clear deadlines (I needed the skis for a ski trip), the delivery was significantly delayed, shipped incorrectly at one point, and overall completely unreliable. When the replacement finally arrived, it was again damaged – this time due to clearly insufficient packaging. The binding was visibly impacted through the box. Instead of taking responsibility after delivering defective goods twice, the seller refused a full refund and started arguing that: - the damage was only “cosmetic” (which is simply not true), - the bindings could be replaced, - but at the same time the skis had “lost value” due to mounting and therefore €300 would be deducted. This is contradictory and makes no sense: either the bindings are easily replaceable, or they permanently reduce the value – both cannot be true. Even worse, I was only offered a partial refund (€910 instead of €1,210) on the condition that I waive my rights and do not initiate a chargeback. This kind of behavior is highly questionable. The skis were mounted on a race plate, meaning the bindings can be removed without any issue. Calling this a “customized product” to deny a proper refund is simply wrong. Overall: - 2x defective delivery - poor packaging - delays and wrong shipping - unprofessional and inconsistent communication - refusal to take responsibility I am now forced to escalate the case legally to recover the remaining amount. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop.

Achtung Betrug
Achtung! Betrug mit System! Fake Tracking-Nummer; erst nach Eröffnung eines Falls bei PayPal wird die Ware verschickt. Rückerstattungen nach einer Retoure müssen mühsam eingeklagt werden! Trotz PayPal und Verbraucherschutz bleibe ich immer noch auf über 200 Euro sitzen - ohne Ware! E-Mail Adresse im WebShop ist fehlerhaft, was ebenso auf systematischen Betrug hinweist. Nichts bestellen!!

Ordered an item on the 24th of…
Ordered an item on the 24th of December. Through a website posing as sports direct. Did think could be too good to be true but the website seemed legit ( all looked like sports direct) but the minute I ordered the confirmation email came from sports discounts. Tracking was from Hong Kong.. I did manage to get the money back through my credit card. However today 26th of January 2026 the item tracking finally updated to delivered. However this item has not been delivered.. I have had my money back through the card company however this is not the point, no email accounts have got back to me. Absolute scam of a website and it’s the principle of it that’s really annoyed me. Wish I looked here first but didn’t even think. Please don’t buy from them you will never received your order and if you do I can guarantee it’s not a genuine item!
