Had nothing but issues with the F31. The base board cracked in half and had the company send me a new one. Now the sub frame has broken in half and company won’t help as it’s just out of warranty. The metal is so thin on the subframe it is no wonder if cracked in multiple places. Poorly designed for something that is made to have body weight impact go through it. I would not recommend this product at all.

Don’t buy from them. Service is poor and equipments are very cheap quality.

Avoid the company they are awful no honesty. In January 2021 I bought a CX2 cross trainer, SX500 Speedbikeand HGX100 Smith machine, This arrived damaged however on initial contact the company seemed apologetic and would send areplacement arm in the post. It never arrived I chased the missing part and they stated there were none available due to covid. I kept chasing and after a year of waiting and 5 delivery dates passed with no sign of the replacement part arriving. I asked for a refund. This has been refused 3 times. The latest reason given by Tom Peterson and Jessica Clarke was due to the length of time that has passed despite the company agreeing at the time of delivery the item was defective and has never been fir for purpose. I visited friends in German who called on the helpline they have in Germany. They confirmed a refund was possible but only Tom Peterson could authorise and needless to say he does not respond to emails. On 20.9.2022 I received an email from Jessica Clarke stating the part will be sent out at the end of this week a refund is not possible.Needless to say the part has not arrived.

These cowboys should be banned from trading to the uk. they're claiming that brexit is responsible for they're slow/non responses. Why is it then you can order from autodoc/ebay/ VW with no issues? clearly nothings wrong with the couriers and clearly not brexit. this service is pathetic. it hurts germany. as germany has a reputation for creating solidly engineered stuff. german engineering is rated as top stuff. but sportstech has it in the toilet. every review is a breakage.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
