Spray ground purposely adds other book…
No, I do not like spray ground company because their customer service is terrible. Every cool book bag is sold out FOREVER!! like how can a book bag be sold out forever then they purposely add book bags to their website just to immediately put sold out forever so people will think that it’s limited and rare so they can buy quicker then they’re shipping is a lie. It will say 5 to 9 business days and it’s a chance that your backpack or anything you ordered will not be there or it will take more than 5 to 9 business days although their backpacks are cool I love the texture and quality and sometimes they will put sold out forever on their website, but if you go to like the mall or order it off Amazon, the book bag that says sold out forever on the spray ground website it won’t be it will be there on Amazon or like the mall and I also do not like how their prices are extremely expensive for a book bag. The design leather quality material is very great the bookbag prices aren’t too bad but keychains ski mask and other things on the website is extremely expensive.

Horrible company
Horrible company! We paid $120 for a backpack and it never arrived! We emailed them but it didn’t help. Shop elsewhere. Never again.

As a first time buyer/customer with this company I am highly disappointed in the levels of professionalism, lack of service and their " 60 Minute Policy" to correct or change any details regarding an order. For 2 years my daughter has begged me to purchase her this specific brand bookbag. I thought it would be better to purchase straight through the website and so I did. Only to realize a day later that my address was not updated and THEIR third party shipping company did not have my current address updated. I called and spoke to representatives ( you see it plural) who each were so rude. So short and simple.... "You had 60 minutes to correct your order". My next attempt is to email the company which was the same thing. I am highly disappointed in the lack of communication and service....especially considering customers are ONLY made aware of this 60 minute policy after the order has been placed. Will not be supporting this business again

The shipping is a 0/10 for me
The shipping is a 0/10 for me. The estimated arrival was definitely wrong and it was the only reason I ordered the book bag bc we thought it would arrive before school started. UPS suck! The tracking didn’t really update much. Pick a different provider. Probably would have gotten it quicker through USPS. I’m not sure if I would purchase directly from them again.
