BEWARE
BEWARE - Springfree doesn't care what happens after their product leaves their store. It's now been one month of springfree trampoline parts sitting in our backyard and garage with no update on when the installation will be complete. Maybe we'll have a working trampoline by the end of summer...

I expected far better quality
I expected far better quality from this trampoline, especially given the price and 10-year warranty. Since purchasing it in December 2022, I have had to completely rebuild it six times, not including the initial setup. The rods repeatedly fray and split, the mat tears, and the rod holders pull out on a regular basis. To their credit, customer service has been responsive about sending replacement parts, which is the only reason this is not a 1-star review. However, replacing the parts means fully disassembling and rebuilding the trampoline over and over again, which is an enormous amount of work. The latest rebuild lasted less than two months before the same failures occurred again. At this point, replacement parts are not solving the underlying issue. For a trampoline in this price range, I expected durability and reliability, not constant repairs and repeated full rebuilds.

The install for the trampoline is much…
The install for the trampoline is much more difficult than their instructional video and manual lead you to believe. I called customer support and was told it would over $500 for them to install. My trampoline was over $2000 and I expect better customer service and the product to be easier to install. Everyone save yourself the extra $1500 and buy a traditional trampoline on not this unneccesarily overengineered product

A fantastic product with superb…
A fantastic product with superb customer service from a genuinely helpful company. My kids have gone through several trampolines with springs over the years and I only wish I'd brought the springfree trampoline in the first place. The quality is excellent, pre and post sales team were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recomend.

Fabulous! Love our trampoline - we got the 13 foot round and it is wonderful for my 3 young children. Imi was extremely helpful with our queries and after lots of research I’m very happy we have purchased the safest trampoline on the market! Couldn’t recommend more!
