Windows 11 key didn't work but Stack social helped
I ordered a Windows 11 key from macappware.com, which redirected to stackcommerce for payment. I received the key but when I tried to activate W11 with it, it said that the key had already been used. I have tried to contact Macappware but they have not replied and now the website has blocked me from logging in! EDIT: Stacksocial contacted me after I posted this review and gave me tips on how to resolve the issue, so I have increased the rating to 4 stars.

Glad I gave them the benefit of the doubt
I purchased a lifetime Microsoft Office 2021 package for my new Mac, and at first was very impressed with customer service because they were very prompt in responding to my request for help installing it and walked me through the process. It looked like everything was good to go, but it wasn't. When I tried to use it, it didn't work. I sent another request for support and got another immediate response asking for screenshots. When I sent them the screenshots that said I could not edit or create new documents unless I subscribed to Microsoft 365 they stopped responding. I have sent multiple e-mails and finally, one last one requesting a refund or a replacement, but still no response. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software and read the fine print in what I was agreeing to and discovered the software they sent me was for Microsoft 365 and not a one time license. I have sent multiple e-mails with screenshot verification of all the issues and now I do not even receive an acknowledgement that my emails are received--let alone a response. I had so wanted to leave a five star review, but instead am shocked and beyond disbelief. UPDATE: Someone from StackCommerce did promptly get back to me (as they responded that they would after reading my one star feedback). He was very knowledgeable, patient, concerned, and genuinely sorry about the frustration I had experienced, and he was quickly able to resolve the issue. My confidence in StackCommercial has been restored, and I would definitely recommend them. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because it took my initially bad feedback to be able to get someone to respond.

Beware!!!!
I definitely would not recommend this company. I am extremely disappointed. They do not stand behind their merchants. I ordered software from them, it worked great for the first two months and then I was locked out of it. I spent a week dealing with them and the merchant. Finally, the merchant sent me another version that worked for another three months. Now again, I am not able to use it and it has all my business records that I cannot retrieve. I contacted them several times this past week and have only received polite emails saying they have sent the merchant an email to contact me. The emails seemed to be generic. I have not heard anything from the merchant. Neither of them have a phone line for customer service. I contacted the manufacturer and the software is not even registered in my name. It’s in a different business name and I cannot get any help from them. Apparently, when I imported my previous records, it did not register as mine, but kept the original information from the previous owner.
