Avoid at all costs….ordered from this…
Avoid at all costs….ordered from this site over a week ago and still not received. I have repeatedly asked to be refunded so having to now dispute with credit card provider. Exceptionally poor service think twice before ordering anything from this company.

Poor quality and expensive
Purchased the 3 pack of Joven socks. Worn one of the pairs a few times and is that developed a big hole on the ankle. After contacting them they seem to think the Uk Consumer Rights Act doesn't apply to them. First purchased Stance socks around 7 years ago where they lasted a long time but now holes develop very quickly.

Broken website and incompetent customer service
I selected a size L, but due to a website glitch during checkout, the order was processed as a size S. I contacted support immediately after receiving the confirmation email to fix it. The experience has been surreal: first, they confirmed they found the order and offered a cancellation. Then, they suddenly claimed the order "doesn't exist" in their system, despite me forwarding their own confirmation emails and providing the order number. They are now refusing to help because I used an email alias for privacy, completely ignoring the proof of purchase provided. Bottom line: I’ve been charged for an item I can’t use, and their support is hiding behind bureaucratic excuses. And I don't know if I will have a refund or I'll have to wait to receive the wrong package and mail it back

No longer worth the money
Used to swear by Stance stocks, a pair would last years without any signs of wear. Recently bought a few new pairs as old ones were finally starting to go and the quality has gone down the drain. Holes in multiple pairs after 2 months, elasticity goes quick, yet the price is high as ever. Not worth it.

Replaced one pair ( from am order of 3…
Replaced one pair ( from am order of 3 ) when they developed a hole but then refused to replace another pair. Also had to pay for postage. Not as hard wearing as they claim and the lifetime guarantee does not seem to be all it should be.
