I am extremely bothered by Star Alliance Healthcare . I expressed my interest to buy an insurance for my health care, however I didn't promise that I will buy my health insurance policy from them as I am a middle aged lady with no major health conditions, complications or issues. I just needed medical advice for my future health care and quotation so that I can speak to my house physician, son, compare it with other companies and then take a decision. Inspite of repeated requests NOT to call me-- I will get back in touch if and when needed the agent Chanchal Roy or also other agents constantly called me - even on Sunday to persuade , and compell me to take their policy. There was so much discrepancy in what they said and what they actually deliver. I found out from a few others that it is NOT completely reliable and decided NOT to proceed. Even after that they kept pestering me. I am writing this as a complain and will escalate the matter further if this idea of bothering me, trying to compell me and disturbing me over the phone repeatedly is NOT stopped. I am surprised by their desperate nature, and NOT allowing me as a customer to decide for myself. I will surely NOT recommend this health care company to anyone for their medical needs. It's not hospitality BUT hostile nature which they have exhibited. I am very disappointed and would like to request the manager/ management to look into the matter personally. This is NOT how business is done. I don't want your help or services any longer. PLEASE kindly DONOT bother me either by e- mail or phone. IF and WHEN I need your help or service I will get back in touch with you personally. Thank you. 😊

ITA Airways denied my family boarding on our confirmed return flight because of an error in their own booking system, and then refused to fix it, re-route us, or compensate us. My wife, our one-year-old daughter and I were left stranded in Spain with nine suitcases. The full picture, across a single return booking (Cairo to Málaga round trip): Outbound: our Cairo to Rome flight was cancelled on the day of travel. We were re-routed Cairo to Frankfurt to Rome to Málaga, three flights with an infant. On arrival, two of our bags were missing for four days and my golf bag came back damaged (ITA has since reimbursed the damaged bag, credit where due). Return: we arrived at Málaga for our confirmed flight to Cairo, having changed nothing on the booking. At check-in we were told our infant daughter's name in ITA's system didn't match her passport, and that she therefore couldn't fly. Here's what makes that indefensible: the same child, on the same passport, on the same booking, had already flown the entire outbound journey. Her passport was valid. The error was in ITA's system, not our documents. Ground staff spent about 90 minutes trying to resolve it with ITA. With check-in closing, I offered to buy a brand-new infant ticket on the spot at my own expense. Refused, "only through your travel agent." The ground-services office finally confirmed in writing that ITA could not resolve it. We were denied boarding. No re-routing. No refund. No compensation. A family with a one-year-old, stranded, with the airline's own paperwork confirming what happened. I'm a Star Alliance Gold member, the alliance ITA has just joined, and I fly frequently. I understand that things go wrong in aviation. What I have never seen is an airline cause a problem entirely through its own system, be handed a solution by the customer, refuse it, and then walk away from the family it stranded. I have the complete documentation: booking, re-routing records, the denied-boarding document from ground services, photos and receipts. A formal EU261 claim is underway. I will update this review if ITA Airways takes responsibility and resolves the matter. Same child. Same passport. Same booking. Denied boarding anyway.

I recently travelled with Ethiopian Airlines, and this was by far one of the most disappointing travel experiences I have had in many years of flying. I understand that delays can happen — they are sometimes unavoidable. However, what is completely unacceptable is the poor communication, lack of empathy, and disrespectful attitude shown towards passengers when things go wrong. I experienced major delays on both my outbound flight to Harare and my return journey to London Heathrow. The way Ethiopian Airlines ground staff, and some cabin crew members, handled the situation was extremely disappointing. The level of customer service was among the worst I have experienced from an international airline. The most frustrating part was how passengers were left without proper information or support. Instead of receiving reassurance and assistance, I encountered confusion, poor communication, and staff who appeared unwilling to help. Lost property — and a complete lack of support Because of the delays and the confusion surrounding the journey, I accidentally left my wallet in my Cloud 9 seat. I immediately tried to resolve the issue and even provided information showing that I could track the location of my property. All I needed was someone to take ownership and guide me through the recovery process. Unfortunately, my experience at Addis Ababa was extremely frustrating. I was sent from one person to another with no clear instructions or assistance. Despite explaining the situation, I was met with unhelpful responses and eventually told to simply proceed to my gate, without any meaningful explanation of how my wallet would be recovered. This was not just about a delay or a lost item — it was about how a paying customer was treated. A good airline is judged not only when everything goes smoothly, but also by how it supports passengers when problems occur. As a Star Alliance member airline, I expected a much higher standard of service. Based on this experience, I will think very carefully before choosing Ethiopian Airlines again and would not currently recommend it to other travellers.

Received the message by email to check-in my carry-on luggage with Austrian, but not allow to get the tag at the machine, re-directed to the big line-up with other big suitcases, no dedicated desk on Heathrow (on Charles de Gaulle they have it!)

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
