Good customer service
I have ordered multiple times from their website. Their clothing is really good and i love the quality and their designs. Because i think quality is important i don’t mind paying 100 euros for pants, the only thing that bothered me was the VAT that you have to pay if you order from another country, which is not their fault. I knew this, but with my last order the VAT was a lot higher than expected because the order was above €150. I contacted them because i was shocked at the price of the VAT. They responded the same day that they would pay half of the VAT and that they are trying to find a solution for this. I ended up getting half refunded with their help. They are very friendly and i know that the prices are high but in my experience it is worth it.

Nice designs but poor quality
Nice designs but poor quality. So disappointed by the things I’ve bought for my daughter; after washing the shorts denim had reduced to be much thinner and the lounge pants, despite following cool delicate wash instructions, no longer hang the same and have in fact shrunk! I think if you’re charging around £100 for most items, the least you can do is wash the fabric before constructing the clothes so there’s no stiffener or shrinkage!

good quality, shipping to europe = to expensive for the price
I really liked what i bought (blue jeans) but i had to pay more than 50 euros VAT, wich I did not expected. I don't mind paying 130 euros for a good nice jeans but 180 is too much i think.

clothing and customer service AMAZING!
clothing is amazing and carefully designed! The customer service is great and they respond instantly! They fixed an issue that I had and sent me a replacement immediately! Great brand could recommend enough!
